Horrible, horrible horrible Customer Service I would get zero stars if I could. I ordered a meal through DoorDash. Part of the meal was not in the bag . When called the the restaurant the person on the phone would not give me her name and introduced herself as a manager hang up on me as I asked to fulfill the order and make right . It’s horrible horrible horrible location . I never knew restaurants like this exist in Cumming. This kind of a service I would expect on the south side of Atlanta . Please do not come and purchase from this location. Horrible, horrible horrible experience. We need a different restaurant in that location that will be customer, friendly and respectful..

Ordered online they would not answer their phones, when we got there 2 employees had locked up the place by 8pm and said that go to wingstop online for refunds we are closing the store while the sign says open till 12AM, employees were of no help very bad service. I would recommend not to go there

Nick is very friendly, and the food here is fantastic. We’ve stopped by three days in a row for lunch! The wing flavors are great and the fries are always crispy with tasty seasoning. We will definitely be regulars here!

Kids were excited to try this new wings trend. However, it was very disappointing, wings are soggy, flavor is not the best. I ordered the 30 pc crew pack which comes with large veggie sticks and it’s literally 3 carrots and 3 celery!! Even carrots were mushy. Never coming back. Eww

Was hoping this would be a good place to stop to get fast service wings. Came in tonight and waited over 40 minutes for one combo order while I watched the workers eat food behind the counter. We won’t be back unfortunately. Also while I was there I watched two people that ordered after me walk out because they were tired of waiting. There were plenty of people “working,” so I’m not sure what is going wrong. I never leave bad reviews but it was a very frustrating experience.
