Just visited Four Winds for the first time in 25 years. Burgers were great, buns are better now since they don’t fall apart like they used to back then.The burger was everything I remember!

A meal and then some. Come hungry. It is off highway 26, but well worth a drive from Fort Benning and Columbus for great burgers.

Re-opened. The ranger burger is not a ranger burger. Frozen, pre-portioned patties and store bought frozen fries. Do not pay 13 bucks for a burger here, you can make the same thing at home. I miss working here in high school back in 2006 when the food was actually tasty.

I was 2nd in a party of 23 to order, and was the last to receive my food, nearly an hour and half later, burger was ok, but cold. Not like they used to be, Will never return!

This place doesn’t even exist anymore, yet it says on Google Maps and Facebook that it’s open. Made a 45-min drive just to find an abandoned building.

The four winds has recently reopened and the service was great and so was the ranger burger. The new owners are doing a great job. The ranger burger is now 4 quarter pound burgers and home made fries. Very tall and tasty. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I know they opened only recently so they may still have some teething issues. Service was poor. Our waitress made several errors on our ticket which resulted in our food having issues. The food itself was not very good. I had the jalepeño poppers and they had a chemical taste, maybe the jalepeños they used were bad? All of our burgers had very rubbery cheese like they cooked it twice. Lastly the buns they used were stale and brittle. The only good thing was the beef. Hopefully they figure out that fresh ingredients are worth the price and work on their service standards but I won't be back based on this experience.
My husband loved his burger. I wish I had loved the wings. Very bland and not much flavor. Sauce tasted like it was straight out of the grocery store. Also the garlic fries were super oily.

Nothing to write home about! I'm not sure what the appeal is about this place, but it wasn't worth it, at all. Food wasn't seasoned, the Ranger Burger didn't have its seared logo, nothing was consistent, fries were cold and the jalapeno poppers were so disappointing. Restaurant wasn't busy and we still waited 35 minutes from order to receiving food. It just wasn't worth it, any of it.

Took almostcan hour to get meal and entire meal was wrong, I asked for no cheese and it was covered in cheese. My daughters burger was supposed to have just ketchup but they added mustard and my wife asked for sweet potato fries which she never got. My bun come back out soggy and falling apart so i was unable to eat the burger. We drove over 40 miles to try the food again but since the original owners i feel the food has missed the marm.feel t

Ordered three burgers to go. One w fries, one with chips and one with onion rings. Received fries with all of them. 2 burgers made incorrectly. Asked for two sides of ranch which we didn’t not receive. And don’t even get me started on the fries. They’re all broken or mashed and so greasy. Highly disappointed.

Not impressed, but I will be willing to give it another shot. Sat and waiting for a hamburger and jalapeño poppers and a chicken salad plate for about 30-45 minutes. I clearey ordered a lighter side chicken sandwich also that was never made. I just think that people need to slow down and listen to the order before just walking away. Anyway maybe I will be back.
