I used to enjoy eating at Ranger Burger, even though there was over an hour wait for some of the food to thaw and be cooked. Today, I have decided to no longer patronize the location in Cusseta, Georgia. After placing a pickup order, I was told that my order would be available in 20 minutes. When we arrived, within 20 minutes, the establishment was closed and no one was answering the phone. I will be calling NavyFederal in the morning to file a charge back. After this experience, and that of the previous one, I would never recommend this location to anyone!

At Ranger Burger, the food is wonderful. It's well seasoned and well prepared. When you get your food, it's so picturesque that you almost dont want to eat it. If you have the pleasure of meeting Ms. Heather, she will make you a custom meal, and you will wonder why it's not on the main menu. 20 out of 10.

The last time I was at Rangers was 10 years ago and the experience was wonderful. However, in May of 2024, the establishment is not the same from the food to the overall experience. First and foremost, the catfish that I ordered was not drained properly and there was an immense amount of grease left on the plate (see attachments). Next, the fish was not cooked thoroughly and was still pink (see attachments); and when I relayed this to the waitress and addressed both issues she said sorry since we were their only customers for the day (at 2 pm). I even had to use napkins to remove the grease along with another plate for the fish because the original plate was full of grease. Surprisingly, the waitress did not try to repair the issue at all. Additionally, the light in the men's bathroom by the sink was inoperable. Moreover, there was no mustard on the tables and there were dead flies all in the windows along with flies that were flying around the table. Unfortunately, we had to pay before the food came out and thus, I would love my money and time back.
So sad to see the Four winds a shabby convenience store. Donald and Sue built it with their hands over 30 years? So many memories.....RLTW!

My first time here was 2011. It was great. I came back May of '24....what a joke. It wasn't even the same burger. Two hockey pucks on an over size bun. Tasteless to say the least. No wonder you have to pay b4 you eat. Probably would have walked out after waiting 30 min for our order. Fries were served from the bottom of the bag. No mustard in the jars on the table. No eating utensils. Oh and they were outta cheese cause they "just had a big order." No you didn't. The parking lot was empty at lunch hour. No towels in the restroom. Complete waste of time and money. Should've had a whopper on my way home. Very disappointed. Won't b back.

The large ranger burgers are NOT the same and NOT as big as they used to be but they are still good.
Ranger burger is NOT the same. Bland burgers from a box. No more brand on the bun. There chicken sandwich is two tenders on a bun and came out cold. Got maybe 20 fries as the side. The soda tasted like it was mixed with straight sewer water. What a waste of an hour and 60 bucks. Never again.
