Everything was delicious! Fried chicken and fried pork chops were exceptionally good!! The spicy collards were perfect! Mary took such good care of us and was so sweet! She added joy to a delicious lunch!
We drove down to Cussetta Georgia to Sweet Potato Heaven today after my God Sister’s Soccer games. The presentation of the meal was a 10. Everything was nice and hot. The seasonings were on point. The atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. It’s hard to find good soul food in the Columbus Area. It was well worth the drive. We definitely will be back!!!
We were rerouted and ended up at Sweet Potato Heaven—and it turned out to be the best choice we could have made for lunch! From the moment we walked in until the time we left, the owner and her daughter welcomed us with such kindness and warmth. They are truly some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet.
