This is the 2nd time we've been to carter's, it's terrible, the chicken was hard, cold and burnt. I can't believe you serve your food looking and tasting like that. So disappointing, especially since you're the only chicken place in town

Ordered chicken at 2:30 to pick up at five. We came in 8 minutes to five. Your cook was sitting in the dining room relaxing. (Noone else was in there but your employees) well, as he leisurely got up and said it'll be twenty minutes before its ready. Your cashiers personal phone call with cussing is ridiculous! I really am not a fan of "God ****n" being used for all to hear. Maybe a suggestion to take it off speaker??Well, enjoy our money because this will be the last time I buy here and I will tell EVERYONE to avoid here as well!
