The staff was super nice. But the restaurant was gross. I don't know when the place was last cleaned, but it needs an overhaul. Whomever the manager needs to do better and the owner should know better.Utensils were dirty, and I finally asked for plastic utensils. The hashbrowns and meat in stuffed omelet tasted of used pil.The bathroom was filthy, and the toilet was so wobbly you almost fell off. As someone who is disabled now, this is not safe at all.There were a couple of customers on the speaker phone taking so loud and one watching a loud video. ? Is you are going to talk to someone, don't make others a part of your conversation or entertainment. The staff could have contained that.

This Huddle House is a poor excuse for a franchise. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ONLY YOUR MONEY! Do NOT even waste your time and give them even one penny of your hard earned money. Could not even be bothered to call a customer back with a serious issue for over 3 weeks. STAY AWAY!! This issue has now been RESOLVED WITH COMPLETE SATISFACTION!! Still had a bad experience here however the manager reached out and did listen to what happened and handled my concerns with attention and care. Thankyou for letting me I and my family mattered to you.!!

Very noisy staff who were carrying on personal conversations. Visit was lunch on 3/23/24. They were not busy with customers but we're busy taking to one another. I ordered Country fried steak which was very good with white gravy. The mashed potatoes tasted powdered - not good. Fresh fruit, apples. Mandarin orange slices and grapes were good. My order was served first and my husband's order was served 10 minutes later. He ordered eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast. The waitress stood waiting for his order from the cook while the cook talked to other staff. That was probably why his order was so slow. The waitress provided good service. She was polite and attentive but was not responsible for the delayed meal. Overall a very unsatisfactory meal and we won't eat at Huddle House again. Waffle House is far superior in service and food quality.

The waitress are very friendly and the cook was very welcoming. They got the food out in a timely fashion even with a rush and my cup never got below 3/4. I will most definitely stop their again when passing through.Kid-friendliness: It's kid friendly no one was talking loud and no profanity was being used.
