This location was average run of the mill subway but they stopped taking coupons a few years ago. And a separate occasion the lettuce were wilted. The short Indian lady also tried to touch my phone without my consent after I asked if I could redeem a free cookie with my order. That display of rudeness and and unprofessionalism is why I’m giving them a lower rating.
Excellent spot to get a quick breakfast sandwich. Prices are reasonable in customer service was very good.

Stingy with the meats even if you pay for extra, the owners look at you like we don't want to, but since yr paying for it, I guess we will. I don't go there anymore but I took someone there. They seem to be ok with Subway.Vegetarian options: Variety of vegetables are available.Parking: Only about 5 spaces.

Definitely your typical Cuthbert restaurant. Meaning, they can have slow, bad service and what are you going to do? Drive to Albany for dinner? This Subway seems higher priced than most I have been in and they are so slow. Even when the place is empty, it takes 20+ minutes to get a basic, non-toasted sandwich.But hey, what are you gonna do? It's almost the only non-fried chicken place in town.

I waited 10 minutes trying to get a wrap and I was the only customer in there. Why he making up his bread which should have already been done. He never stop to take my order. So,I told the man I had to get to work and he was like I got work to do as well yes you do take my order. I never got my order took so I left will never go back. Bad customer service
