Love the teas and shakes! Great people!
The staff is wonderful and the drinks are delicious. We order weekly as a group order for work, they deliver to us and include sweet notes on the cups. We look forward to our Fuel up Fridays from 324 Nutrition!

Stopped in for our daily tea fix, and this shop did NOT disappoint! The owners were super sweet and their teas were perfect! Highly recommended for a healthy and satisfying treat! Will definitely be back!

I love going to this place it is my daily must have every morning. The owners are so sweet and they definitely make an effort to talk to you and make conversation. I have been given suggestions on new drinks to try and are they good. I love how amazing the atmosphere is and all the amazing options they have. Right now my favorite go to is a combo with happy camper loaded tea and fruity pebbles shake. If you haven’t tried this place already pleas go try it. It’s the best nutrition place I have ever been to!
