The chicken in my order was undercooked, very soft with visible pink inside. This is a health concern, especially because my minor children consumed the food.
When I contacted the restaurant, I was told to bring the chicken back for a refund. I explained that I did not want a refund and instead requested that the order be remade, and asked whether it could be prepared by the time I arrived. I was informed that the order could not be remade until I physically brought the food back, which I found unreasonable given the circumstances.
Additionally, when I asked to speak with a manager, I was told I could not. The employee indicated that communication would be difficult because she does not speak English well, which made resolving the issue nearly impossible. Being denied access to a manager under these circumstances is inappropriate.
This situation involves undercooked food served to children and a lack of proper escalation or resolution. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed promptly.

The phillys are skimpy with the meat and then when you ask for extra meat, it’s a $3 up charge which is an increase over the last few months.

Gave me undercooked fries. Asked for soft fried. I honestly feel it was intentional because I corrected them and made them remake my fries the first time. So either that or you cant cook, both are not good. I'm telling y'all now. Stop letting strangers cook your food. Them days are gone. These places are going to put somebody in the hospital.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Order Lemon Pepper extra crispy and got no seasoning and burnt. I can honestly say I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AGAIN. The wings were HORRIBLE and spent over $20. No celery just burnt wings. A waste of money since they were not edible. Trashed them for sure SAD. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

My family stopped by here for lunch today, and everything was perfect from the burgers and wings to everything in between! We were blown away by the super crispy fries and the delicious wing sauces. The subs were packed with fresh ingredients and left me completely satisfied. Definitely planning to come back—200% yes!!! The staff were super friendly, which made everything even better!

This is not a family friendly restaurant, everytime I come in here,it has a strong Marijuana odor. Perhaps Gwinnett County Police Department should pay them a visit!

Food was decent - service was below terrible. I was ordering my food at the counter and the young girl taking my order was just on FaceTime the entire time having an entire conversation with whoever and then laughing directly at my face. Extremely disrespectful. I won't be returning here solely due to the terrible "service" she provided. As someone who rarely leaves reviews, let alone 1 star reviews, this says a lot for me to go out of my way to do this.

I worked at American Deli (2457 MLK DR)two different times. This second time I quit because the management sucks. Mr Chuni stole money out of my paycheck saying the draw was short every single day I closed. He also took my pay down from 13 to 11 dollars because I quit. They have roaches every where in the back all in the ice machine. They have immigrants working in the back that get drunk on the clock and harass the women employees. They threaten the young blk women and tell them if they dont work 7 days all day open to close they will be fired. They do not give breaks and we work 10hr shifts but they take it out our checks.

I went to American deli today and got half-and-half. I got garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper. When I tell you, I bet into the chicken and it was so hard it was cooked all the way down to the lean where you couldn’t taste the chicken It was like eating skins. It was so hard. They gotta do better because I won’t be going back. It took me a long time to go back, but this time it really done it for me I won’t be going back too better
