If you get the 3 course $16 coupon you got the jackpot, Coupons do ruin a restaurant because it’s hard pay full price as this is probably a $30 plate of food but only worth $16 in my mind now. But it was a nice treat, to have cheese sticks, drinks and dessert all for that price. Staff was nice

You have been warned! I don't often go inside but the drive through gets your order wrong about 80% of the time. As with a lot of places, they will throw anything out the window at you hoping you'll drive off. ALL the onus is on the customer to catch the mistake.

The management at this arby's is terrible. I ordered two combos of the new philly steak and both had just meat in it. No peppers or anything advertised. Then she lied and said the drive through person said there were no peppers..which she didn't because it was a mobile order. Now the only recourse she can give me is to drive all the way back there to do a refund. Stay away from this Arbys. Go to cane or five guys. No wonder it's always dead..because the management is in the gutter.

I love Arby's roast beef. All of their sandwiches are amazing. I like the classic and the French dip. They added potato cakes back to their menu- one of my favorites. The curly fries are really good too. They also have real sweet tea.
It appears the quality of service is dependent on your race. Disappointing that this behavior is still tolerated.

Sandwich was nasty. Not enough meat. Looks like I got the end of some other Sandwich. This was not a good sandwich at all. It was suppose to be a turkey bacon rach. No option to choose that one the button. One piece of bacon. Just a big disappointment 😞
