We decided to try Austin's Burritos after seeing their sign advertising "Best Burritos in Georgia." The staff was pleasant and we got our order pretty quickly. We ordered the grilled chicken burrito and a veggie bowl burrito and 2 bottled waters. The total bill came to over $32. The food was salty and otherwise had little flavor. Neither dish was edible. We threw the food away. Will not purchase again.

Austin’s Burritos is fantastic! We tried the new Keepin’ It Reel bowl and it was delicious! Restaurant is immaculate and the service is friendly and efficient! Shout out to Lily who waited on our group! Oh, and let’s not forget the churros! Can’t wait to come back!

This is an absolute amazing establishment, and I'd recommend giving it a try to anyone I know. Not only is it affordable but the serving size for your bowls and or burritos are good and fair. Fresh ingredients and proteins good toppings. Owner is a wonderful guy very honest and hospitable. 10/10 love Austin'

Over priced and did not enjoy the food. We paid $50 for lunch for two. I had a mini veggie burrito and my husband a burrito bowl. No alcohol or dessert. The charred brocolli (main protein) was cold and the food was just meh. Very disappointed for the price and after hearing the hype. We had a similar experience last year and thought it was an off day for them- but doesn’t appear so. Employees were great and placeWas spotless… but would not return.

We LOVE Austin’s! Great place. The only thing knocking a star at the moment is they got a new reward system several months ago but no one knows how to redeem rewards from it. I have over $60 of rewards in the little app they use at this point and in the last five or so trips, no employees at the restaurant know how to redeem them. I really want to be able to use what we’ve earned :( but food is GREAT and customer service is always great. I just want to be able to use my rewards.

Came here for lunch and it was great! Love the atmosphere service was excellent. The staff continued to check if we needed anything and were quick when it came to preparing our food. Can’t complain about not having enough the burritos are generous in size. Flavors were great definitely wouldn’t compare to Moe’s, Chipotle, or Barbaritos! They have their own category when it comes to their style of burritos and flavors. You will see me back!
