Slow service and not rude but not friendly service. The Bo-rounds was not even warm and the sausage biscut fell apart after the first bite because it was so dry. For less than $6 it was okay I guess, but fresh food would have been nice.

I went inside and had the chicken..was terrible the sides were smaller than when u eat in... drive thru for some reasons I get better quality chicken...it's not so dry and the portions in the container has more ...the foreign guy at the cashier made me feel like I was about to rob him..no greeting at all....going back to Popeyes at least I know the chicken will be fresh

Yo who is taking my order??? Some stupid robot woman who don’t understand what I want. Always trying to upsell and always wrong! The person comes on to do its job after the robot messes up 5 times. What’s the point of the robot if a person has to step in and take my order anyway. Sad!

I hate it when I pay for something and don't get all of what I paid for. I got 18 pieces of my 20 piece and non of the condiments I asked for. Now I have to waste my gas to go back to complain. How do I get compensated? Now I want more than just my two pieces and condiments!

I am extremely disappointed with this Bojangles in Dacula. Tonight, February 18, 2025 around 7:30 PM after eating, I was leaving with my young son and the second we opened the door to leave, the smell of Marijuana almost knocked my head off. To my astonishment as we were driving off, the back door of the restaurant was wide open and smoke was rising from the dumpster area where some of the Dacula Bojangles workers were toking up while on the clock. NOT AT ALL the kind of experience I was expecting. Frankly grosses me out to know kids stupid enough to be doing this on the clock had any part in preparing our food. I will be making this known to corporate as well.

The worst bojangles have ever had cold wrong pieces and cold fries. Avoid this one as possible. The phone number doesn't work either to complain, so I had to call the 1800 number to bojangles.

Poor tasting food, and even worse customer service. I've been there several times, trying to give them a chance to redeem themselves, but my experience is always the same. Unfriendly and unwelcoming customer service. The chicken is always overcooked and dry...then the attendant in the drive thru window make you feel like you're begging for food. Won't go back!

We picked up breakfast for the baseball team. The chicken was over seasoned, too salty and we eat Bo often. It was breakfast time so we hoped for fresh fries with our biscuit meals. They were old and dried out. The associate taking the order wasn't very polite but the woman at the window was very accommodating and hospitable. $4 for a bowl of unsalted, undercooked and lumpy grits.
