Every time I come here even in the afternoons, the food is always fresh and the manager is extremely nice and also all the staff at the Dacula store number 000961. This is my favorite restaurant to eat on a daily basis.

I tried ordering breakfast through the drive thru and their new AI order taker is incompetent. It rang up everything but what I was ordering. I drove to McDonalds where they have sense.

The absolute worst Bojangles I've ever been to. So many other places over there to eat at I definitely won't be back. Make sure if you visit there before you leave that drive-thru or walk out of that store you open every biscuit and look at it to make sure it's right because three out of the last four times I've been they basically just gave me somebody else's order or gave me what they want me to have only to find out when I got home everything was wrong. When you go back up there they don't give you a gift card or anything ... about just tell you my bad. I won't be returning but just trying to give the next person a heads up.

Now I know why there’s never anyone at this Bojangles. To start the AI ordering bot is just annoying. Then you get to the window to be greeted by rude employees who must love their job. Way overpriced for what it is.
Sweet Tea tastes like it was made a week and less than half of the fries are edible. Won’t be back for a while and honestly would be surprised if this place is still in business for too much longer. Just sad…

Every single time i come to bojangles they ALWAYS forget something. A drink comes with the meal and they forgot the drink, luckily we caught onto that before leaving. but when we were in the car we realized that they also forgot the bo rounds. This place is unbelievable and super inconvenient

Never had any problems over a year of patronizing this location. This morning wasn’t very pleasant. There was no one in line yet I was rushed. Decided to go somewhere else.
Man all these year Bojangles dirty rice,Cajun rice has Andouille Sausage in it which is Pork.If you are Muslim or don’t eat pork DO NOT EAT DIRTY RICE…this a ground for lawsuit

I eat here about weekly using drive-through for my family. Sometimes more. Honestly for the past year. Food is always amazing. But because One of my sandwiches is the grilled, it takes a consistent 14 to 18 minutes each and every frikin time. In drive-through, mind you. Takes so long they usually forget my napkins. Kinda wish there was another closer location I could frequent instead. But I do ❤️ the taste.
