We waited an hour and 15 minutes for our food to arrive on Sunday 6/22. We got sat around 1:12 and our order was taken around 1:25. Our food came around 2:40. The server was good. Wings were cold and we had to ask for all new fries as they were cold. A man brought out the new fries relatively quick but did not apologize for the long wait times for our food- appeared to be annoyed with us for asking for new fries. Food seemed as though it had been sitting in window for a while waiting on a runner.

We’ve been to this location several times. This time I ordered Death Valley wings and they always come out dry and a little cold. The sauce is great. But the wings are def not the size of Taco Mac’s. The wings always taste like they’ve been dying in the window too, like jerky. We ordered kids nachos and their jalapeños in it and the server never told us. We assumed if it’s in the kids menu, they had non-spicy nacho cheese. My wife ordered the Apache chicken wrap. It was good. But when the server said she can choose any side, my wife choice a salad. Turned out that’s an up charge which the server didn’t tell us and we found out when the bill came out. I worked for Buffalos when I was in college over 15 years ago. And it’s sad to see that after a decade, this franchise hasn’t worked out their kinks. I live close and I want this place to be better. Maybe I should apply for management

As far as service, it gets busy sometimes, which can impact things. You should call ahead for big parties to be honest. We have been here about a dozen times or more in 2025. Atmosphere is good. Great would be adding more TV's, and ensuring the 21 and up gamers aren't overdoing it with noise. They were pretty rowdy when my wife and I went up there for a date night. Also, someone smoking on the premises was traveling up to that non-smoking area. Now food wise, no complaints. The LTO spicy peach wings are a must have. The sweet potato fries, best in the city. My family hasn't found a food item we don't like. Burgers are amazing. I warn a couple of the wing sauces might not be your cup of tea. There was a teriyaki flavor type one I loathe. Wouldn't recommend the flavors like that there. It is a sure fire good time for dates and family! Highly recommend this location. I hope the rest are just as good in Atlanta and out of town if we patronize them also.

My associate and I met at Buffaloes for a weekday business lunch. I had the Black & Blue steak salad, one of my favorites, and it was just as delicious as I remembered. Unfortunately, my associate ordered the Smoky Mountain Nachos with chicken and was very disappointed. The toppings were sparse, and the cheese wasn’t well-melted or evenly distributed. Not the quality we were expecting. I’ll be back for the salad, but we’ll skip the nachos next time.

Service is usually very good. Prices here however continue to go up and the quality of the food is hit or miss. They allegedly updated their policy on the “Hawk card” and you now have to spend a minimum of $30 of non promotional or sale foods to use it.
As i walked in...there where a Groupon of bimbetes that did Not Greet me. Next i Sat in the bar . Ordered a Med Burger and a beer. Was served a WELL DONE BURGER. unfortunately i didn't have more time since( i was in my lunch hour) só the bartender called the mod and he just gave me a look. I knoded my head paid and left. NOT TO RETURN.

Unfortunately had a server that we hardly ever saw. Had to ask other servers for thinfs we needed. We saw ger at the start and end. The Smokey Mountain nachos were a joke. They looked nothing like in the picture. Didn't even have any Pico on it and looked like slop. I was looking forward to trying the black and blue salad. They should change the name to Santa fe or something because it was nothing like a black and blue should be. The server never asked what I wanted so she chose for me and gave me chicken. Chicken on blsck and bleu? Dissapointing. A good server should have taken a minute to come ask me what I wanted instead of choosing. Also the cheese was nothing like blue cheese. Tasted like feta. It was decent tasting but they don't need to call it black and blue if it's not one. WeBleu? waited a while at the door for a host to seat us when finally someone noticed us about the same time the hostess came out from the br.
