Our party of 6 had dinner at Buffalo’s-Hamilton Mill; it was totally top shelf. The atmosphere was inviting with a touch of antiquity here and there & the staff was friendly and efficient. The best part was the food, we had appetizers and a variety of dishes, only happy people at our table.

Naruto The 7th

Came in on a Monday, around 2pm waited over a hour for our food just for it to be the wrong order. Had to wait an extra 15 minutes to get the correct food! but it was cold, fries were soggy, the wings weren’t edible!! I had asked our server for an order remake and they said “we don’t re-make orders, you can pay for a new one” so I paid our bill and left. Terrible customer service and food wasn’t made correctly.

The last couple times we get takeout the wings are never as we requested either the sauce is wrong or they’re not cooked enough so we will never have takeout wings from buffaloes again

I will never go back! I ordered the buffalo chicken bowl which was awful (had a ton of rice, very little chicken, hardly any lettuce, & couldn’t even taste the buffalo sauce). I asked for more lettuce & got a tiny sauce size amount🤷🏼‍♀️ My husband ordered the buffalo chicken wrap & my son the cheeseburger. He said the wrap had alot of rice, no flavor & hardly any buffalo sauce. We have eaten here before & never had issues with the food but never again will we choose this restaurant!

I’m a regular here, and I had a Buckaroo Burger, and so did my brother, but didn’t notice that it was not cooked well done, but even though that wasn’t a problem since I had already finished most of the burger, they still decided to give us 2 brand new well done burgers. For free! Our server, Talisha, was really nice as always, and overall it’s just an amazing experience every time. Definitely would recommend.

Have not had Buffalos in 3 years due to constant issues. Decided to give them another try. Worst mistake. Waited over an hour for my food for delivery. Half of my order was missing or incorrect. Food was cold and soggy. Staff does not take responsibility to check orders before sending them out. Called and spoke to Michael, manager. Apologized and said he would correct the order. Did not listen to what was incorrect and sent items messed up again. Very disappointed with this restaurant as always. Would not recommend!

My wife convinced me to try this establishment again. I have never been impressed in the past and reluctantly went again tonight. We stood at the host station for 5 minutes, behind another couple. No one ever came out to seat us. There were less than fifteen cars in the parking lot, it was just after 4 pm. We left and enjoyed a meal at Chili's. I won't ever go back to buffalos. This location has never had good, timely service, and the food has always been bland and overpriced. No wonder they sent a $25 coupon in the mail. We gave it to the couple in front of us.

Service was great. Food is bland and way overpriced.

$19 for twelve undersized bone-in wings? $14 for eight undersized bone-in wings? These are lunch prices too. Absurd. The quality of the food is not even close to the prices they charge. I’ve had better food at dive bars.

They also charge $4 for a side of fruit. Which was literally a single Dole fruit cup.

It’s not even worth coming to places like this anymore. I can spend a little more and go to a nice restaurant.

Buffalo's needs to get rid of Michael the Manager. The lack of dignity I witnessed from him tonight should not be tolerated. This manager proceeded to fire a server in front of customers and other servers. I've had her as a server before as she has worked there for several years now and we are regulars. She is one of the sweetest servers at Buffalo's and we love when we are sat in her section as we know she will take good care of us. She was clearly blindsided considering she busted out crying. As a manager myself this is not something you do in front of the house! Have some class! Is this how Buffalo's treats their employees? Or is it just this manager? This is not the first time I've seen him be rude to servers in front of customers. He clearly doesn't value the employees or customers and because of that I'll take my business elsewhere.

Maybe upper management should make him stand in front of customers and servers and fire him!
