I ordered a whopper meal and the burger was not even cooked all the way. I ordered 12pc chicken fry and it came with 10. none of the food was made felresh and the food was cold. on one chicken fry we found a hair this place is disgusting. I came in to eat on sat Aug 23 2025. at 5:50pm. I will not be coming back and nice hope I don't get sick.

I ordered on the app. Wanted to get my points and they'd have more time to make my order right as I drive over. Once I'm there I wait 30 minutes in the drive thru to pick up the order. There was only 2 cars in front of me during that time and they were there longer than me. Once I had received my order I checked my burger to see it was made correctly since last time they made it wrong and I had ironically gotten an coupon for it. They messed it up AGAIN. The only modification for my burger was just no sauce. Afterwards it took them another 10 minutes to make the burger again. Workers didn't care either, like 3 or 4 people by the window. With 2 of them on their phones not doing anything. Like I get it can be slow but yall weren't even making food or anything like be so fr

I love coming here! I love waiting 10 minutes for a single car in front of me to get a small bag of food. I love having the window not say a single word to me for the entire exchange! I love making a mobile order, then having my drink forgotten, and then waiting another 10 minutes for nothing. I just drove across the street and bought ANOTHER drink from the Mcdonalds. Might as well just eat from there from now on.

Ms. Kendra gave me and my kids the best service I've ever gotten at a Burger King. She was so kind & made us feel like she was really happy to have us. The 4pc nugget kids meal was fresh and quick to get. We will certainly be coming back.

Absolutely, without a doubt, one of the worst run Burger Kings out there. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unfortunately for me, it's the closest and I do really like BK. Wrong food, slow service, rude acting employees, always an excuse why they can't get an order right.

Absolutely terrible! My fiancé and I went this to this location this morning. We got there before 9:30am and 2 of the jr burrito meals. I was charged for BOTH, only got one of the meals. We waited for our food for over 20 minutes and it was completely wrong. I went up to the counter and was actively IGNORED by until I stopped the worker at the front counter who told me that she didn’t want to fix the issue. Unfortunately, we had to leave as I had work at 10am and couldn’t afford to wait for another 20 minutes or more for them to fix it. So my Fiancé and I split the one meal we got, which isn’t even the biggest issue. The biggest issue for the burritos were the one my fiancé ate tasted like it was made with expired ingredients and the one I ate had a BUG fully cooked into it. Needless to say, corporate is getting called and we are NEVER eating there again.
