Ordered a Whopper with ketchup, lettuce and swiss cheese only with onion rings from the app.
My wife picked it up from the drive-thru.
When she came home with the order, the Whopper was saturated with mayo and no ketchup. I don't eat mayo at all. Waste of money this evening. Apparently whoever prepared the order did not read instructions.

Ordered from the ap while 10 minutes away. Got to the speaker and listened to the employees arguing while being confused about what I was there for. Drove around to be told a door dasher stole my order and they would remake it.
Waited at the 3rd window to be given room temperature burgers and fries.. literally 2 regular whopper meals. I dont expect high quality from fast food, but this place has continued to be a disappointment after multiple chances. Wouldn't be upset if they closed down. Save your money or embrace the substandard suck that is this BK.

I had came to the drive thru twice because they couldnt get my sandwhich correct with just adding cheese to it. The second time coming back i was accuse off already having my sandwhich i waited 22 mins in the parking lot while customers pull up next to me and left.Still claim i gor my remake for the 3 time. Thwre was no sorry can i get you something else for the inconvience off having to wait for 1 and half just to get something right . The second i had waited i had to leave and come back and you should not have to call the store 2 just to be reminded that you are waiting outside on a remake. The customer service is terrible and when u ask for a refund they give you partial did i pay partial for a meal!??! I never right reviews im notmally a regular and but today was the day for one!

The manager was working the drive through and couldn't handle one person in the dining room , two people in the drive through and two people ordering in line inside the store. I sat so long in the drive through that I turned my car off twice. She was screaming at customers and saying she was so busy with so many people. I live one minute from that burger king , and I will never go there again. It has been pretty awful for a long time.With inconsistent food , always extremely slow service. I drove around the corner and was in and out ofout of chick fil a with three orders in less than five minutes. A manager with such a disgusting attitude should not be employed anywhere and particularly in this community. I hope that someone from corporate will contact me, because this is absolutely unacceptable behavior from a manager.
I can't answer any of the questions in the survey because I just had to leave after she screamed at me.

I love the double whopper. It's the best tasting fast food burger. But honestly.... Burger King has to step it up! Better service experience and maybe drop the price a bit. I only eat the double whopper and a drink and it's like $12??!

I had to pull over and leave this review. I ordered a meal and a Oreo shake. I got to the window and asked can they add extra Oreos to my shake. She said no they cannot (which I’ve had done before) so I politely told her yes they can, she slammed the window with an attitude I let it slide cause I’m having a pretty good day I won’t let them ruin it, then she sends some One else who was passive aggressive and handed me my shake and said we cannot add Oreos to your shake without an extra charge, And I politely had her back to shake and said who told you I didn’t want to pay I was never asked that I have no problem paying that extra charge, She said oh OK. I handed her my card and she came back and brought me the shake. The sad part about it she never gave me my card for the food I had. They kept trying to get me to leave without my card and my food because they were so pressed about extra Oreos I was willing to pay for. They really need to have a manager, oversee them with their customer service skills and if the manager is overseeing them, they really need to hire a real manager.

I ordered food through the mobile app, took over 10 minutes to get there and still had to wait over 5 minutes to get my order when there was 1 car in front. Ordered 4 meals+ and only 1 was done correctly. I paid to add bacon and tomato to little cheeseburgers...not added. I bought 2 chicken sandwiches no lettuce and paid to add cheese...lettuce was on them and i cant eat lettuce plus the cheese i paid to add wasnt on them. Said no pickles or mustard on 2 more little cheeseburger...they decided to add them anyway but ketchup was not on them.

6 months ago this restaurant was ok, but this is now the second screw up in less than a month. Last mobile order, fries were missing. I had to wait over 5 minutes to get the missing fries and they didnt even offer to give me fresh fries to replace the ones that got cold waiting for the ones they missed.

The customer service now is a joke too. They dont say a word, barely even look at you. They act like its the customers fault they are working at a job they hate....and you know they hate it. Bad vibes all around.

I worked fast food 18ish years ago, so i understand the that world. Before, managers actually cared about hirining quality workers and enforcing a pleasant experience for the customers, but the quality and expectations these days are a joke!

Manager? Was dumbfounded when I asked how much longer my order would take. It was - she “said, How would I know?? We’re working on it- then continued to ignore me for another 10 minutes (being it was BK… there were no other customers in the store) call ahead order and it was already 20 minutes behind scheduled time.

The service at night is trash.. They quick to give you a whopper warmed up from the microwave don’t go here in less you want to waste your money

I ordered a whopper meal and the burger was not even cooked all the way. I ordered 12pc chicken fry and it came with 10. none of the food was made felresh and the food was cold. on one chicken fry we found a hair this place is disgusting. I came in to eat on sat Aug 23 2025. at 5:50pm. I will not be coming back and nice hope I don't get sick.

I ordered on the app. Wanted to get my points and they'd have more time to make my order right as I drive over. Once I'm there I wait 30 minutes in the drive thru to pick up the order. There was only 2 cars in front of me during that time and they were there longer than me. Once I had received my order I checked my burger to see it was made correctly since last time they made it wrong and I had ironically gotten an coupon for it. They messed it up AGAIN. The only modification for my burger was just no sauce. Afterwards it took them another 10 minutes to make the burger again. Workers didn't care either, like 3 or 4 people by the window. With 2 of them on their phones not doing anything. Like I get it can be slow but yall weren't even making food or anything like be so fr
