Did not give me my full order did not deliver
Drive thru order....Horrible! I have not eaten at BK in a while so I was like let me grab me a $7 meal. Now I know why I stopped going. I tried calling them all day to express my dissatisfaction but that phone just rung and rung. I am at work and I just asked my daughter to take that crap back to them...I'm so pissed off! I will never return to this place.

Teenager at the drive thru got my order wrong, after asking at the window to replace my missing item he took the $12 change I gave him ($7.40 originally for my first order he had gotten wrong.) and spat out a handful of nickels as my change. For a single Whopper sandwich, not a meal. All in all I spent basically my entire $20 for dinner on a medium drink, a whopper jr by itself, and a whopper sandwich by itself… for my entire $20 bill. Not only did the worker hand me a cold sandwich at the window with no bag or receipt, he shorted me at least $5 that I know of. Absolutely shameful and either this Burger King’s cash drawer has zero quarters or dimes, or that teenager cannot do basic fundamental math because in what would would you hand someone 7 nickels as their change, instead of what… a quarter and a dime? Genuinely mind-boggling behavior and I will be avoiding this place for some time.

The place was clean and the parking lot was clean and plenty of parking and the cashier was very accommodating when it came to cooking our food to order. Thanks Burger King staff that night.

Yesterday we tired to call this particular restaurant for several hours and the phone was off the hook because we were going to place a big order. The young man refused to take the coupon code on your web page promotion page even when they had many times in the past. Then the store manager came up front from her office. I hit a dead end with her with no customer service skills but tried to deny that they haven't taken the code many times in the drive thru. My children witnessed this incident. We felt no customer service skills, valued customer, or the customer is our priority. This is by far the worst customer service I've experienced in my lifetime. CLIFFORD HANEY AND FAMILY, RET.USN

Not a lot to say bk is bk!!! Nothing is else!
I went to the drive through at 9pm. The whopper with cheese had so much catsup and mayo as to be inedible. I threw it out after a few bites. The diet coke had hardly any ice and without my sandwich, there was no need to drink it. I also threw it away too
What can I say, your typical burger King, place has a friendly vibe about it, at times it can get kinda busy with drive threw backing up, I'm guessing bc of it's location. All in all I've never had a bad experience there just that they get busy at breakfast and lunch hours. Tap.the reaction symbol iv you've been here!!!
Breakfast drive thru was good service.
