Second time we have ordered our food through the drive thru, and it’s not hot at all - I would say it’s luke-warm at best. It’s a shame because whoppers I have had in the past are usually really good.

A child who was not good at English ordered something and he kindly helped me. The food was freshly cooked and delicious, but I think it would be better if a little less salt was added to the fries. I was satisfied with the cleanliness as I saw the empty tables being thoroughly cleaned by spraying disinfectant.

“You Rule.” Apparently not. I had the misfortune to visit this location at 11:30pm on Tuesday January 2nd, 2024. I attempted to order the impossible whopper and was told that they somehow do not serve the full menu past a certain time. I found that quite ridiculous because I’ve never experienced that at any fast food restaurant in my life. I wasn’t aware that my preferred menu item was a “happy hour” ordeal, so I asked for the reasoning behind this and was told by the cashier that the broiler was turned off for the night. This is a restaurant that serves broiled burgers and you mean to tell me that they turn it off at any point during restaurant hours? How does that make sense? So I debated it for a few minutes and then asked for the name of the manager so that I could mention this in an email to the Burger King Corporate Office to gain some light on their new company policy in regards to menu items and their “designated hours” and instead of receiving a name, I was told “you can come to the third window and talk to me.” I wanted a name for this ridiculous encounter, especially considering how ludicrous having limited hours on full time menu items seems and given the excuse that it was solely based on the main cooking component of the restaurant not being on during business hours. Oh and let’s add to the fact that I’ve been to this location many times with the exact same order, at the exact same time or later. I am eagerly waiting for an explanation for all of this.

It's a great place to eat. My orders always right. Food taste good. I also get my order pretty fast depending on what I get.
Service was Horrible and the Manager was even worst. If this is who' leading the team, Heaven help us. a 25 Minute wait for 2 meals, unacceptable, When asked for a refund, they just walked away from the window, and Manager wouldn't even come to the front, to address the problem. Food here is fast food, but it has been good quality when we have gotten burgers here. We normally do Whoppers with cheese. They have the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, which we like since it allows us to also get our drinks made our way. I do appreciate the Impossible Whopper that they have added to the munu.
