The service was excellent and the staff were very kind, but I was really concerned during my visit. I brought my kids and we sat near the playhouse area, and I noticed what looked like a rat in that section. It made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable, especially with children around. Because of that, I don’t think I’d come back, even though the service itself was good.

We had the BEST experience. Our son wanted to go to CFA for his fourth birthday. We decided to go to this location because they still have their play place (yay!). They treated him like royalty! They brought him (and his sister) a cow visor and stuffed cow 🐄 for his birthday. ❤️ Everyone was SO nice to him! They made him (and us) feel so special!

The wait in the drive through line was very ridiculous. Granted it started raining out of nowhere but keep working. The girls taking the orders were goofing off and joking about the rain that they weren’t taking orders. I literally missed my entire lunch break because of them goofing off and didn’t get to eat my lunch. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location if your on a time crunch.

Third time in the last few months that we ordered a takeout order and there is always one meal missing…
Constantly messing up our order or leaving salad dressing out, fries left out of combo meals....no forks with salad drive thru orders. Disappointing

They change hours and don’t put out any notices or change their hours in the app like they should per CFA guidelines and like the other CFAs we’ve been to have done. Drove 20 minutes out of our way to stop for breakfast only to find out they are opening at 10:30 instead of 6.

This location is usually solid but not today. I placed an order for carry out on the app. As I get my food and am driving away, I notice there are only FOUR fries with my meal. Not only that, but there was some kind of crumbs on them. I don’t think it was some new seasoning. It seems like these were the last of the fries ready and they decided to send them out rather than wait on fresh ones. This fast food chain is too expensive to be under serving their guests both on quantity and quality.
