This location ALWAYS seems to forget something on my orders. Its super frustrating to have to inspect my order to make sure nothing is missing or to expect to be missing something if i dont. This location is only 3 mins away but I rather drive 15 mins to get to the Hamilton mill location. The staff is friendly but they just need to have more attention to detail or more training or something. Also why is there never crust on the mac and cheese like the other locations?

No change....about 8 cars in drive thru...i was stopped outside the actual lane....but the people came put there to take orders , the the mobile lane started to fill.....so they were abke to get between the regular drive through people. Food is always good, but they redid the drive thru....made a Mobil thru and a drive thru.....the driveway can sometimes go out to the street, but mobile thru is empty....bad call

Service is inconsistent, and what is the point of ordering ahead with Mobile Thru if I’m still merging and waiting behind multiple customers who ordered after me?
I ordered three spice lax combo to Account combo one number one deluxe combo and I get a fly on the top of the meat fries were cold and salty and they were so slow and they didn’t give me a good attitude so I’m very dislike and I don’t think I’m going back unless they refund my money

In line for over 30 minutes to the point I placed a mobile order, got out scanned the sign but because they have you stuck once you’re in line there’s still nothing you can do. Surely being locked in line with no way to exit is a liability.
