The staff here is mainly high school students with the school nearby, and they are always great. Very nice, always get our order right, and always seemingly happy to be working. This review was mainly meant to give them kudos and send more people their way.
This is one of the worst CFAs I’ve ever eaten at. This location is run by teenagers with no customer service experience. They delivered me cold nuggets and no drinks and when I asked for my drinks they told me come to the counter if I want it. The store manager, Ariyah, and cashier Amy laughed and rolled their eyes at me because I told them the nuggets I had ordered were cold and I wanted them fresh. When asking for a receipt reprint to leave a review, the store manager asked me why I need a reprint and why I don’t have a receipt already.The majority of the tables are filthy with food crumbs and sauce (see photos), the food is delivered cold, and the store is run by children.This branch desperately needs adult supervision and customer care training
The food is good quality but don't buy the nuggets they are the definition of shrinkflation theyr nuggets get smaller and smaller for the same price and it makes me sad

Everytime I come here, the group of teens working the drive thru window are talking more than they’re working. Maybe that’s why there’s so many reviews about messed up orders? Very annoying.
I stopped in to pick up dinner for my grandson and myself. I ordered a Child's meal and added a fruit cup. I ordered a sandwich meal for myself. What I got when I arrived home was no fries for either meal and two fruit cups. Not the end of the world except a 2 year old wanting fries as ordered. I called the store and got a recording that said the mailbox was full. I took the time to write a follow up on the website. I have yet to receive a call back or any response. Mistakes happen but you are better than this.

This is by far the WORST Chick-fil-A. It needs to be shut down. They never get your order right. Please please drive to another location instead if you want to save yourself from having to drive back up there for the forgotten food.

I ordered a chicken deluxe sandwich add bacon with a large fry and large sunjoy in the drive thru. The first red flag was when i got my drink and it had no ice. The FEW pieces of ice that were in the drink were floating at the top melted. I did not have a single whole ice cube in my drink. My drink was lukewarm. Drove 15 minutes home, added ice to my drink and went to eat my food. Then noticed i was given the wrong sandwich .. a spicy sandwich which I’ve never had before and not a fan of spicy anything. & my large fry were half way filled. What’s the point in ordering a large fry if they’re only going to fill it half way ?? I drove right back up there to request my whole meal (sandwich and fry) to be remade. I’m pregnant and this is my first meal of the day so i WAS NOT HAPPY. Never mess with a pregnant women’s food.This isn’t the first time this location has done this. I’ve had this happen 2 other times during breakfast & dinner. Do better

We go to this location simply because it’s the closest. We love Chick-fil-A. That being said, this location is the most inconsistent Chicfila around. They ALWAYS. have something incorrect on the order in both dine in and drive through. Honestlty it’s wild at just how often the order is incorrect. Again, huge Chick-fil-A guy here but this location is not good.
