I hate to say it but this is probably the worst chick fil a I've been too. They are super friendly, and the food has the same great taste. Only problem is my meal is wrong almost every time I go. I either have food missing or they gave me someone else's items.

Salad and soup at this location is always excelent.
You ruined your french fries by adding whatever powder to make them stay crispy. Everyone loved them as they were, if they were not crispy athen they would have probably been eaten and they do not taste good when reheated any longer.

After multiple experiences of receiving absolutely no tomato’s on my chicken sandwich’s after explicitly ordering extra tomatoes I will no longer be making my chicken sandwich orders at this location anymore. I’ve called about this several times before & received a free follow up sandwich made properly, but it’s just not the same to get home & bite in only to not taste my favorite topping on my sandwich. I really like tomatoes & this is a huge let down every time, especially when I’m paying for the extra tomatoes.

I loved the food and atmosphere but today I came for the pumpkin painting and one of the workers was so unprofessional and ignorant. She gave all the tables a pumpkin and a goodie bag and walked right past me and my daughter. I went up to ask for a pumpkin and was standing right in front of her and she just ignored me. She was wearing a tan colored outfit and pulled back hair. I don’t know if it was racism or ignorance.
10/16/25 around 9:45pm. I went to get a Powerade and a coffee through the drive through, and that was all I ordered. 3 cars in front of me were in and out with their food, I sat there for 5 minutes, then 3 more cars behind me got their food and drove around me and left. I waited 5 more minutes, and it was like I was invisible. A girl dropped someone’s salad on the ground, made another one, and gave it to them, and they left and I was still sitting there. keep in mind this whole time I’m all the way in the front of the line at the window. Eventually Instead of making a scene or complaining I finally just drove off. So I guess they can Keep the 6 bucks or whatever. I’ve never had anything like this happen at a Chick-fil-A before, I understand if they had to cook food but… A coffee and a drink? Really?

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent dining experience at your establishment. I have always valued Chick-fil-A for its reputation of professionalism, courtesy, and a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, during my latest visit, the environment fell well below those standards.
While seated in the dining area, I was disrupted by unprofessionalism among staff. I overheard a manager or coworker discussing some rather crude words, ultimately, disturbing not only my meal but also the experience of nearby guests while walking around.
Such behavior is both unprofessional and disappointing, particularly given Chick-fil-A’s family-friendly image. A restaurant should provide a calm and hospitable environment, not subject its patrons to workplace disputes.
I trust management will take appropriate steps to ensure this type of conduct does not occur again. I would like to continue visiting Chick-fil-A with the same confidence in its courteous service and inviting environment that I have appreciated in the past.

Hey, I was at this location earlier this afternoon and I have to say, the lady with the red hair has been the most unprofessional person I’ve ever seen at this establishment. Not only was she not greeting, she also was standing around not helping or coming to any station regardless of how busy it was. I was standing in line and all she did was stare at her coworkers running the register and then looked away, completely ignoring me. I will NOT be back.

Generally good, overall, but the drive-through needs work. The one near my office is set up so that if one order is taking a while and the ones behind are served first, they can go around the vehicle waiting and leave. Thus one has you trapped if that happens. Also, the drive-through is very slow every time I've been through it. Dining room is decent, but they never bring the drinks and don't say anything, which makes me have to ask every time. Most of the time, they seem truly aware they need to bring them, but at least once I had to go get them from the counter, so I never know. Still, it's close and easy to get in and out of!
