The staff here are incredible — friendly, hardworking, and really make the experience enjoyable. The food is good, especially for the area where there are not too many options. Unfortunately, the biggest issue with this place is the owner. She doesn’t support her staff, never gives positive feedback, and often makes business decisions while drunk. She also creates a hostile work environment by pitting employees against each other and forcing managers to jump on bar shifts, then making bartenders tip them out instead of paying fair wages. You can see the stress it causes the team, even though they’re doing their best. The staff are amazing, but the lack of leadership and professionalism from ownership really shows in the overall experience. This is a perfect example of how Bad leadership doesn’t just hurt its employees, but it kills the business from the inside out. Some people are just not meant to lead.

Excellent food, excellent service, excellent spotless clean atmosphere...the owner stopped by and was just amazing to my mother. Heather our server was the highlight of our day--super knowledgeable about the menu and such a pleasure to meet. The ranch dressing is homemade. Mom said the house made chicken tenders were some of the best she has ever eaten. The lemon buerre blanc on the parmesan spinach chicken entree was incredible! The hot honey peach cheesecake was delicious. This place was outstanding! You must stop by and dine here. And, I heard the brunch charcuterie board with pancakes, French toast, mixed fruit, maple syrup, nutella, and pb&j is why everyone stops by on the weekends. We definitely have to check that out soon. It sounds delicious. Bravo City Lines, Bravo!!! Wow!!!

I really wanted a wedge salad, so I ordered takeout through City Lines (for the first time!) I have been to the restaurant to dine in just one time but this review is about my takeout experience.
I ordered the wedge salad adding steak, which was an up-charge of $7.
The GOOD: Boy oh boy, my wedge salad was incredible! Super yummy! The dressing (blue cheese) seemed like it was homemade… And that was a good thing! Like I’ve never had blue cheese that tasted so good! The lettuce was fresh! Lots of blue cheese crumbles, tomatoes and onions!!! It was everything that a wedge salad should be!!!!
Also the restaurant wasn’t busy at all and when I arrived, the hostess was very polite and grabbed my carryout order quickly!
The BAD: The steak addition! My steak was so extremely chewy… And full of fat! Like I had to end up tossing it because I couldn’t cut it, not even with a steak knife! I really wanted some protein on my wedge salad and was really looking forward to the added steak! (There goes that $7 bucks! 😔)
Unfortunately I have to deduct for this on my rating, otherwise this was a pretty good experience!
I may give it another chance…. Hopefully this was a one time snafu! That wedge salad was life changing protein or not! 😂🤣

I came here with the wife and kids. They have been here before, this was my first time. Donald was our server. Everything was top notch from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. The food was excellent and the service was friendly and personable. If you find yourself here, ask for Donald!
