Food was good and so was the service. The only issue is that they don't deliver to my area and I'm not that far from the restaurant.

Where do I start. I'm actually on hold right now. I've been ordering from this location for almost five years. I guess I should stop. Everytime I get my food it's burnt. The last time I got jalapenos instead of black olives. I mean covered in jalapenos. I called and was told I'd get a credit for another pizza. I've tried calling 17 times and it keeps hanging up on me. Now I've been on hold for 13 minutes. I don't understand how they keep the doors open with service like this.

I ordered an online order here and the order on the tracker said ready by 5:06. I watched the tracker and it said ready so I came to the store and was waiting after checking in and then it said completed. I still hadn’t received my order so I called and was immediately put on hold. After 5 minutes on hold I them called back and was hung up on. Did this 4 times as I was in a swim suit and didn’t want to have to go inside. By 5:38 I still am waiting and don’t have my food. I go in and ask for a manager and he immediately gives me attitude and I tell him the order was completed but I don’t have it and he said he closed it because he was “sick of hearing the ringing noise”. I then said I’ve called and and been hung up on he then tells me “well the pizzas not ready, and I didn’t want to hear the phone ringing”. Seriously!? I worked at dominos for 3 years and have never seen that kind of service at any dominos before. He shouldn’t be working in the food business if he can’t handle a Wednesday night.

I actually order from this store by mistake (I usually order from winder) I didn't notice until I went to pick up my pizzas at the wrong place. Upon arrival they were very friendly!! Nice atmosphere, the pizza was good, I'll be going back for sure!

By far the worst service I've ever experienced. I left specific delivery instructions to ring the doorbell apon arrival and meet homeowner at the door. Instead, the delivery driver left the pizza sitting in the cold outside of the front door. I asked for extra sauce and cheese and got a bare basic pizza. Lastly, the pizza box did not have the tamper proof seal on it. We will never order from here again!
I have ordered from this Domino’s before and usually have had a pleasant experience. However, at this time I ordered a pizza with extra sauce it looks as if they literally dumped a jar of barbecue sauce all over my pizza with no cheese and made it completely uneditable to eat, and I have to throw it away. This is very disappointing and upsetting because I usually enjoy ordering from them.

Not much to complain about, but not much to brag about either. Speed of service is a definite area of improvement needing to be addressed but I believe that is a direct result of what appears to be an understaffing issue.
Vegetarian options: As will all restaurants that offer build-your-own entrees, the menu definitely has potential to accommodate most diets, other than anything avoiding carbs.
Dietary restrictions: Somewhat adaptable
Kid-friendliness: The food is kid friendly, but I would recommend pickup or delivery.

We have ordered Dominos a few times throughout our five years at our house. Every time we have ordered it has been wrong or there is a problem. We always try them again hoping for a different outcome. Unfortunately, tonight is the last time we will ever order from dominos. We called our order in and the person who took the order made a mistake and put no cheese. So when the pizza come without cheese we called and talked to the manager Cory and asked if they could remake it for us. He said we ordered wrong and the best they could do was give us points towards another pizza. I asked him to make it for us again and send it out. He then interrupted me and said “If you would shut the F*** up and listen, you would hear that you made a mistake not us”. I explained that it was inappropriate to cuss at a customer and I asked for his name. He did t care that I was upset and wasn’t going to do anything to make this situation better. I was trying to explain that we have no food to eat now and spent all this money but as I was talking he hung up on me. Contacting corporate now. This could have been a simple fix but instead a teenager treated me like crap and escalated the situation instead of making it right! They need better staff there for sure and he should be fired!

This place needs to be closed down. Only order 2 one topping pizza and cheese bread. Rude and lying staff. Manager said they were the “GM”, but extremely unprofessional and unconcerned, tried to refuse my call after pizza was an hour late and not even warm on delivery. According to tracker the pizza was in quality control after cooking for 1 hour and then driver stoped at Publix for 10 minutes.
