Still waiting on my pizza after 1.5 hours. You cannot get a real person on the phone. It’s all just an automated loop. So completely unprofessional. Obviously this company has either gotten too big to care or this particular location needs to be closed.

Horrible service and customer service too, my husband order a pizza online at 11:00 pm and when we got there the guy tell us the oven was getting cleaned out and they were ready to closed, I checked their website and their closing time was at 12:00 pm. We came to the Braselton location and they still made our pizza with a way better attitude.

Placed a delivery order at 7:36, status finally got to quality check at around 8:03 and held that status for over ten minutes until it was suddenly cancelled with zero explanation.

Stopped in to order a pizza and man yells at me that it will be at least 30-45 minutes and thats what I expected and I said that was fine. He then says you wanna wait at least a hour for a pizza then whatever. Then no one working there even attempts to take my order. That's just flat out rude and unacceptable lack of service. Of course its busy, its rainy. I expect it to take time to get made and baked etc. clearly this establishment does not want my business they apparently have more than they can handle, so good for them. Not a problem to purchase elsewhere, absolutely will never visit this business again.

Horrible service. The worst l ever experienced. The workers really nice and helpful the manager are worthless unless person pure chaos. 4 times on the role screwed up the order give me wrong stuff in store order online order horrible 😑 😫 😢. The only reason we shop here because my daughter other than that never ever even look for this place! Where are disappointed. Hope they're going to change something soon!!!
