I ordered food here for two days in a row. Then for the first time, I said that I could order food by phone, and there was an extra delivery fee. I have to pay a tip. I'll go to Uber eat to order food. The merchant refused to deliver my meal.

The delivery driver forgot part of my order. We asked for it to be sent out. After dinner we noticed they never came and called back with them saying it was delivered. Opened the door and it was on the ground instead of ringing the doorbell. I was angry and asked for the manager so the girl hung up. I called back and was told I had the manager and after talking to her told her I was calling corporate at which time she hung up. There is no responsible leadership in this location. I am surprised they even have 3 stars

Called the store and placed an order with Franky at 7:48pm for delivery. She said 20 minutes for delivery. Literally over an hour has went by. I call at 8:52pm to check in to see what’s going on. Apparently, Franky can’t find the order. So, she makes a ticket for another order and says it’ll be 20 minutes. Another hour goes by, I call and get David this time. I ask about my order and he says the order was allegedly left at the door of my apartment because the driver couldn’t get any one on the line. I’ve been by my phone for two hours and have not received ONE call. I check outside of my door with David on the phone and no pizza of course. Me frustrated obviously, I ask how are we going to make this right, David catches an attitude and says I don’t care if you’ve been waiting 8 hours and plus more. Funny thing is, I just so happen to record this interaction just because I knew it was going to be yet another excuse. NEVER experienced this before with another Dominos. I am new to the Buford area, but I know now this location is VERY incompetent and to stay away.

I waited an hour and 30 The employees do not register the orders in time for the price of the pizza, the service is very inefficient
I come in at 10 on a Saturday and the place is slammed and only 1 person working. Hire more people to get the pizzas out quicker or close earlier if you can’t accommodate customers! Nobody wants to Wait!
