Came in to get a hot medium coffee, cream and sugar, and one doughnut. Two young girls playing around didn’t seem to care. One lady came in from the drive-through because the coffee wasn’t hot they served her. Got my coffee made sure it was hot then left but the coffee when I tasted it was very much watered down. Unacceptable for what you pay for it!

This places has gone downhill. It used to be really great service and food. Not so much anymore. The last few times I've gone there, including tonight, the coffee has been just barely lukewarm. After making my order tonight, I pulled up to the drive-thru. The cashier was crouched down looking at social media on her phone for about 30-45 seconds before ever even acknowledging me. Then, as already stated, the coffee was less than desireable. An easy order of an X-large hot coffee with cream & sugar. What I got was tap water warm coffee with cream & NO sugar. Seriously, is it that difficult to make a decent cup of coffee? (11/15/2025)

This location is the worst that I go to. Coffee is consistently bland, tastes old and stale. I’m just going to have to stop going here and go to ine further out.

I used to come here frequently but recently, their drive through service has been terrible. My recent orders were not toasted as requested, all feeling cold and tasted old, like they aren't refrigerating their food. Also, the woman who takes my order (on Sunday mornings) is ignoring details, such as how I want my coffee prepared, which is not difficult to understand when I say NO CREAM, and I have just stopped coming to this branch all together. Get a new crew or just go to another branch, like I have, where they care about retaining business, especially in this economy where the higher prices make it harder to eat out. This is not the time to chase your customers away with terrible service.

Worst place to get coffee never going back !

I’ve been going here for years and I have to say it has gotten worse with all the younger teenagers working here. Every time I come inside in the evening I never get greeted but yet ignored as if they never hear the door open and the girls just laugh and talk amongst each others with their backs turned. When they finally do decided to take my order it’s always an attitude or an issue. They need to be retrained, fired or possible have an adult supervising them in the evenings.

I usually stop by first thing in the morning to get a dozen donuts, every time it tastes like the donuts from the day before. Definitely, not fresh. PLEASE SELL FRESH DONUTS. THAT'S WHAT WE PAY FOR. if I want donuts from the day before I'll go to Publix.

Customer service is absolutely horrible

Went to Dunkin and had a terrible experience. The customer service was awful. The staff seemed annoyed that we were even there, barely acknowledged us. They weren’t wearing uniforms and had a nasty attitude. When we politely asked for it to be fixed, we were met with attitude instead of help. Definitely not the kind of service you’d expect from a well-known brand. Won’t be coming back to this location.

I’ve been going to Dunkin’ for over 20 years and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Not a single employee was in uniform, no one had hair nets on, and the whole place looked sloppy. They completely left out my pumpkin munchkins and when I asked about it, the staff was rude instead of fixing their mistake. Everyone was just rushing through without any care for the customer. After two decades of loyalty, this location really let me down
