Went to Dunkin and had a terrible experience. The customer service was awful. The staff seemed annoyed that we were even there, barely acknowledged us. They weren’t wearing uniforms and had a nasty attitude. When we politely asked for it to be fixed, we were met with attitude instead of help. Definitely not the kind of service you’d expect from a well-known brand. Won’t be coming back to this location.

I’ve been going to Dunkin’ for over 20 years and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Not a single employee was in uniform, no one had hair nets on, and the whole place looked sloppy. They completely left out my pumpkin munchkins and when I asked about it, the staff was rude instead of fixing their mistake. Everyone was just rushing through without any care for the customer. After two decades of loyalty, this location really let me down

Walked into an empty store where I was the only customer. Staff was just standing around talking to each other even though they saw me at the front counter. I went to the kiosk instead and you can’t even order a regular iced coffee from there. So I went back to the counter where the staff continued to just look at me. Finally someone came up and took my order but then messed it up. Almost charged me $7.00 for a small iced coffee. Please get rid of the kiosk and train staff properly.

Suggestion: a 24 hour reset for maintenance and deep cleaning.
Employees were nice enough…. just that I was the only one in the whole store and the drive thru wasn’t too busy. I had to exit 15 minutes for my order.

I ordered donuts and coffee, but they were out of donuts despite it being hours before closing. I just got my coffee, but when I left I noticed one cup was only half full. The staff was nice though and gave me a refund only for the donuts. I ended up going to QuickTrip and got fresh hot donuts.

Today 1-11-25 was my birthday… and I was looking on the Dunkin app to see if they had birthday rewards, which I didn’t see it on the app, so I asked when I got to the window… and she never confirmed or denied but she gave it to me and said happy birthday… so I’m very grateful… but I go here regularly… they are always nice and friendly but every shift the price changes so I’m not sure what’s with that… I prefer the same exact drink never change any detail and I can pay $4 to $6 🤷🏾♀️🤣
