Suggestion: a 24 hour reset for maintenance and deep cleaning.

5am and no donuts? That's wild.

Employees were nice enough…. just that I was the only one in the whole store and the drive thru wasn’t too busy. I had to exit 15 minutes for my order.

I ordered donuts and coffee, but they were out of donuts despite it being hours before closing. I just got my coffee, but when I left I noticed one cup was only half full. The staff was nice though and gave me a refund only for the donuts. I ended up going to QuickTrip and got fresh hot donuts.

My favorite hot and fresh and always clean.

So rude and unprofessional. Also my drinks were made incorrectly!

Today 1-11-25 was my birthday… and I was looking on the Dunkin app to see if they had birthday rewards, which I didn’t see it on the app, so I asked when I got to the window… and she never confirmed or denied but she gave it to me and said happy birthday… so I’m very grateful… but I go here regularly… they are always nice and friendly but every shift the price changes so I’m not sure what’s with that… I prefer the same exact drink never change any detail and I can pay $4 to $6 🤷🏾‍♀️🤣

I’ve been a regular at this Dunkin’ Donuts for 6+ years, but the last few months have been incredibly disappointing. The service has noticeably gone downhill, but today’s visit was the icing on the cake!

After placing a walk-in order online at 8:49 AM and arriving at 8:55 AM, I found my order was ready—but I was missing my doughnut. I stood at the counter for eight minutes without a single employee checking in on me, although I was visible to 3 of them. Finally, a kind employee named Bella, who had been tied up at the register, asked if I needed assistance. I informed her about the doughnut I was missing, and she explained they were almost out of stock, with only a few flavors left. I told her I would just take whatever they had at this point.

As she tried to help me, Bella was abruptly called away by the manager, Janessa (or something similar), who began to loudly berate her about a phone call someone made to corporate. How it was inappropriate to tell someone to call corporate when she (the manager) was here to talk to someone with a complaint. It was uncomfortable to witness; not only did I hear it, but my husband, seated across the establishment 30 yards away also heard it. I eventually had to ask another employee to finish assisting me while Bella was still being talked down to, despite other customers needing help.

I now see why a customer may feel the need to contact corporate. The management at this location seems ill-equipped for their roles. If you lack the skills to train, mentor, or guide your employees effectively, it might be time to reconsider your position. Effective management should be about teaching moments, not humiliation, and nobody benefits from being berated in front of customers or coworkers. Show some dignity and respect for those who DO show up for you.

If this is the typical treatment of the staff, it’s no wonder this place has had such a rapid decline. It’s obviously contributing to low morale, as none of the employees seemed happy or engaged. Frankly, they look miserable. It’s disheartening to see a once-great establishment struggle with simple service and employee satisfaction.

I gotta say. They are always really nice to me. But they aren't really staffed properly. And so when A guest comes in and then leave because they weren't greeted it makes me feel sad for the dunkin. While they are all kind they just don't have the manpower to keep the store to Dacula standards. They also all tend to get very impatient with the people who were patient enough to wait a little rude. They are trying and they are all nice. It's just missing the person power to make the operation work properly for a 7am on a Wednesday morning.

They have a $6 meal special and I bought two they ended up charging me $5.00 without letting me know. I found out when I checked my account. And they gave me the wrong order .

Go in for a pickup order and no one can help you. They just point to each other. Out of the 7 people working no one knows anything and can’t provide any customer service.
