They didn’t even make the sandwich. They literally just put two slices of bread in the box….that’s it. Whoever worked the night shift on 9/15/‘25, I hope your wifi goes out when you get home.

Ordered over the phone, still was not ready after 30 minutes, and the order was completely wrong, food was okay.

Taste of my medium Hook & Ladder was excellent. This location is our all-time favorite. Wife's Philly Cheese was great also.

I hate when good restaurants start to diminish. Our visit here this weekend was our last. W were the only people in the store, a few door dash people enter to pick up small orders-we waited 15 minutes for a sub and a salad. And both were wrong! By that time we were so frustrated from waiting, we didn’t dare go and ask them to fix it. No toppings, very little meat on both, and older lettuce. Yeah, it was bad. Time to find another location for my favorite sub restaurant.

Ordered a Turkey cranberry sub. Couldn’t even eat it because it just fell apart. Also had a terrible spicy sauce on it. Took it back to the counter and all they said was they were sorry. Won’t be going back. Used to love Firehouse. Customer service isn’t what it used to be.

My sandwich had so much mayo it made the sandwich soggy. You could hardly taste the meat because it was so thin.

Love Firehouse Subs!!!
Firehouse has some of the best and freshest sandwiches you could ask for! Their service is great, ingredients fresh, bread is delicious and prices are fairly affordable. My family LOVES Firehouse.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This Firehouse Subs location is a complete disaster from start to finish. First off, the service was painfully slow. It took over 25 minutes to get 2 simple subs – and no, they weren’t busy at all. The staff seemed confused, disorganized, and completely careless. They not only got my order wrong but served multiple orders before fixing their mistake which was made by the cashier after stating numerous times ONLY MEAT AND CHEESE.
The meatball sub was okay, what you’d expect from a quick sub shop..but the order they got wrong in the first place (a simple steak and cheese) was a soggy, chewy, disgusting, mess. The meat was bland and rubbery and they never added mayo which i asked for both times. Took one bite and was absolutely disappointed i didn’t get my money back when they messed up the first time. I’ve had gas station sandwiches that were more appetizing.
Save yourself the time, money, and regret – go literally anywhere else (i wish i did). This place is a disgrace to the Firehouse name and an insult to anyone with working taste buds.
Order accuracy is awful, ordered no mayo, cam with no mustard and covered in mayo. Ordered chilly, out of spoons so u had to ask for a fork, out of crackers. Associates wearing gloves on customer side of the counter, poor food safety practices. Just all around bad experience. Won’t be back.
Love the amazing subs.
