Firehouse has some of the best and freshest sandwiches you could ask for! Their service is great, ingredients fresh, bread is delicious and prices are fairly affordable. My family LOVES Firehouse.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This Firehouse Subs location is a complete disaster from start to finish. First off, the service was painfully slow. It took over 25 minutes to get 2 simple subs – and no, they weren’t busy at all. The staff seemed confused, disorganized, and completely careless. They not only got my order wrong but served multiple orders before fixing their mistake which was made by the cashier after stating numerous times ONLY MEAT AND CHEESE.

The meatball sub was okay, what you’d expect from a quick sub shop..but the order they got wrong in the first place (a simple steak and cheese) was a soggy, chewy, disgusting, mess. The meat was bland and rubbery and they never added mayo which i asked for both times. Took one bite and was absolutely disappointed i didn’t get my money back when they messed up the first time. I’ve had gas station sandwiches that were more appetizing.

Save yourself the time, money, and regret – go literally anywhere else (i wish i did). This place is a disgrace to the Firehouse name and an insult to anyone with working taste buds.

Order accuracy is awful, ordered no mayo, cam with no mustard and covered in mayo. Ordered chilly, out of spoons so u had to ask for a fork, out of crackers. Associates wearing gloves on customer side of the counter, poor food safety practices. Just all around bad experience. Won’t be back.

YOLANDA! Is the worst person to deal with! My order was wrong and I called to correct it, she was beyond rude when I ordered it thru firehouse subs! I called immediately and she was rude about our food, chips and drinks were missing, also our subs were wrong and we just wanted to make it right. However! She just wanted to be rude.nothong has been resolved!

I ordered a sandwich and after waiting 30 minutes I still had not received my sandwich, despite several people coming into order and receiving their order quickly. Since I could not wait any longer and they still had not started making the sandwich I asked for a refund which was initially denied. After I pressed, the employee spoke with the manager and she offered me a partial refund, stating that I still had to pay for the drink (which I did not take with me). In addition this restaurant was dirty. I would highly recommend avoiding this restaurant!

Great food and service however, the cleanliness of the eating area is a concern.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I placed an online order that had everything you could imagine wrong with it. Down to the point of where the store didn’t have bread and instead of letting me know that, they tossed random stuff in a bowl and just left it as that. They never mentioned or tried to fix with something else on the menu they just gave me a bowl of garbage it looked like. To make this worse I was sitting in the store waiting on them to finish my order so I was physically sitting there so they could have said something. When I contacted customer support they did absolutely nothing. I was told the store would be notified and they could issue a refund via the store owner. Never did I get a refund or any feedback. This store is a joke just like the customer service they offer.

Very unpolite, disrespectful and racists. They threw the meal at me, took forever to make a simple sandwich and the sandwich didn’t meet my request. I asked a firehouse steak sub with a gluten free bun and I received a sun WITH cheese and nothing else. My wife is allergic to dairy and she couldn’t eat it. Terrible place with a terrible atmosphere.
