Hokkaido Ramen House

So very happy we have a great ramen house. Not just great, the best seafood ramen I have ever had.
I adore Umaido in Suwanee.
Always order the seafood ramen. Thought it could not get better than Umaido. Hokkaido proved me wrong. Perfect broth. Abundant wood ears, (my favorite fungi) tender squid, mussels, shrimp. Just perfect.
Also tried Takoyaki. Love watching the bonito flakes curl.
ordered the Pork Belly Bun. Woah. The bun was perfect. Pork belly could have used a better sear however, delicious.
I will be back. Again and again. When I order something with fish, I want it to taste like fish. Adore the umami seafood has.
Thank you for my dinner. Can’t give enough compliments.

To the owner you don’t have to ever worry about me b by posting your restaurant again I’m not into business not doing right by the customers. I paid 7 dollar for a cup of ice and when I told my waiter his response was he didn’t make it.

Came here after working a 12 hour shift at the hospital. It was super cold. My issue with them which why I would never come back I paid 7 bucks for a drink and it came with ice full up 80 percent. I mention it to my waiter he told me to he didn’t make it. Oh well I wish them well with tipping people off with ice for 7 dollars but it will never be my 7 dollars ever again. To my waiter thank you for looking out for me having me to pay 7 buck for ice

Placed an order online, paid it. On pick up after 40 min i saw they just accepted the order, thus extending my wait time. On my question why was that they just said the order just went through. I believe they need to pay attention to the orders when they are coming through.

First time here and ordered take out. Something was very off with the food. I'm not sure what but it did not taste fresh and was slimy. I couldn't finish it and I love ramen. Unsure if I'd be willing to try again. Very disappointing. Service was quick and friendly.
