My girl and I are food fanatics. This was our first time at this restaurant. Upon arrival, the waitress greeted us politely and directed us to our seats. She gave us tips and assisted us throughout our lunch. Great ambience, terrific customer service, delicate yet umami filled broth with a spicy kick. Sushi is fresh and up lifting . Deserts are light and mouth watering deliciousness. The menu is also larger than normal ramen restaurants. Definitely a must try place.

Hello. Last friday October 10, with my husband made an order to pick up under the name Daniel, in the location 3465 Braselton Hwy #170, Dacula, GA 30019 we ordered Lobster roll, Hokkaido Island Roll and a veggie ramen. My husband and I ate the rolls and left the ramen for the following days. Today, Sunday, October 12th, we ate the soup and found a piece of plastic. This is truly unacceptable and very unfortunate to find. We stopped eating and threw away the food. It's very unfortunate what happened since I love this place. We've bought from it many times and even sat down. I'm leaving this complaint to prevent it from happening again.

I was traveling from Chattanooga, TN to Charlotte, NC along interstate 85 and by chance came across this awesome Ramen experience. 10 of 10! Our server FiFi was great and the food was incredible.

Best ramen in town!!!!!! Filled with savory broth of your choice, plenty of meat, and veggies. Customer service was EXCELLENT!!! The staff were very polite from the time I walked through the door. Great prices!! And I will definitely be back!!!

Food is always great, I just don't like the fact that they use plastic containers for hot food to go orders. Basically makes the food toxic.

Here for Eunice and the food!
First time being here. Quickly noticed how clean and neat the place was. Our wonderful server was Eunice. The food was incredible. Everything was served hot. My wife got the Ramen, and we both got the pot stickers along with the teriyaki chicken skewers. The sushi was delightful. Highly recommend! We came in during specials fairly priced.

I’m a true foodie, and I can honestly say this ramen is outstanding. After trying the Hokkaido Spicy Ramen once, I came back three times in a row—it’s that good!

Having traveled to Japan many times as an airline employee and eaten ramen everywhere, I can confidently say the ramen here is top quality.

On top of that, the service is exceptional. The Asian male staff member provided the best service I’ve ever experienced.

This place deserves to thrive, and I hope it continues to succeed for many years to come.
