I'm not sure why this place is highly rated. It was just average at best. It taste like every other Chinese to go restaurant you've ever eaten at. The food was bland. No flavor. No taste. The hot and sour soup was spiced with pepper. Black pepper. It wasn't sour either. Just a lot of black pepper. I ordered the human chicken. It was tasteless. No flavor. Not spicy at all. My friend ordered the kung pao and it was the weirdest tasting kung pao I have ever tasted. It was not good at all.

We just moved into the area. Stumbled across this restaurant and ordered takeout. We were waiting in our car and the gentleman at the front who took our order surprised us by bringing it out to our car. That little gesture was very much appreciated especially since we're so tired from moving in.

Friendly staff and owners and great food. We've been going here for several years and have always had a great experience. They recently hired a sushi chef, which we tried out last night and it was great too.
My husband did some work for the owner last year and we came in afterwards, so now we have come back and the service - food - and atmosphere is just as lovely. We especially love the owner. He is such a character and so full of energy.
