I never had an issue until today on my 4th order. I needed to place a custom order as I wanted a different side and thought it would be better to call my order in. I wanted to know if I came in could I pay by phone (tap) or by phone. The lady I spoke with said no and pay online. She never mentioned that she would be making the food or a time when it would be ready or confirmed that my order was taken. While in a meeting I was unable to answer their call. When calling back I was advised that the police would be called on me and that it would be on my credit report that I called in an order and never picked it up. I feel that I was treated terribly as a customer and treated as a criminal. I did advised that I never even gotten an email or a payment link to pay. The right thing that should have been done was to explain all of this when I first called.

Extremely overpriced. Sesame chicken was very soggy on the outside and the chicken itself was very rubbery and lacked flavor.

So, I Googled, “What is the customer favorite at Iron Wok?” Answer was the Honey Walnut Shrimp. Yep. All day long and some of Wednesday afternoon. Flavor profile is bangin’. Highly recommended.

Food was good. They changed the sauce on their sesame chicken way too sweet now. Did not care for it.
We had a party of 4 and they automatically added a 18% tip and when I questioned it they said sometimes we add it sometimes we don’t. Does not make sense to add a tip for a party of 4. This definitely took me by surprise!!

our waitress seemed borderline rude to bothered [that we were there very poor interaction, gave us the wrong check totaling over $100+. She needs customer service training . The food was good. The experience was NOT.

Just tried for the first time and was really impressed the inside is very nice clean and the service was good. I saw another review that brought us here and it did not dissapoint the food servings were big very flavorful we got the general tso chicken and crispy eggplant both had such good flavor and not so spicy that it’s all you can feel. Had white rice and fried rice with the meal and it was really tasty and a good portion for 36$. Aside from having to wait extra time for the crispy eggplant after getting the general tso and the fried rice our waitress made sure to check in with us to let us know it was almost done. Definitely coming back the establishment was very warm and welcoming

Tonight was our first time coming in and to say our experience was exceptional, is an understatement! From the moment we came in, we were welcomed by the warm and friendly staff, were checked on throughout the duration of our meal to make sure we were taken care of and happy - And the food was SO GREAT! From appetizers, to sushi and our entrees, we were very impressed. Thank you for giving my family an unforgettable experience from start to finish. We look forward to coming back!
