Our waitress was sweet, but struggled to identify items on the menu. Drinks took forever to be refilled, had to get our own straws and remind the waitress about order details. Even though the restaurant wasn't crowded, the woman who seated us took 10 minutes to decide which table we should have. She didn't speak to us, just made occasional eye contact. It was weird! Luckily the food was good.

Dont order delivery from here they always forget items that you pay extra for, if you order anything with bacon they forget it, if you order andything that comes with syrup they forget that too, place is a total rip off. And even in person sometimes the tables stink like they wiped them down with a dirty wet rag. Worst J christophers ever!

The J. Christopher's in Decatur GA is more like a large diner. This one is more like a large chain restaurant with booths and four seating, high ceiling etc. Staff return was super friendly and prompt. The corned beef hash was just how I like it. Cinnamon rolls are soft and the frosting is super sweet, which is kind of what you're looking for in a cinnamon roll. They were busy not lots of open seating Sat am from 10:30 to noon and let my friend who I hadn't seen in 30 years hang out past the time I'd normally turn a table.

Kid-friendliness: Would be fine for kids.

They were 20 minutes from closing...and they reminded me of that every 3 minutes. Why not just turn me away? Instead, you took my money$29 plus tip, swept the floor around my table, took each dish as I finished and served me the worst food I have had in a long time. How do you destroy eggs? The English muffin wasn't toasted at all.. the pancakes tasted like pillow stuffing and the bacon was kin to 2 salty pieces of newspaper. Shame on you....I finally ask for a to-go container because I couldn't take the pissed looks anymore....go home and tossed that slop into the trash. Wouldn't even give it to my dog...🤬

We were seated immediately at 12:45 pm. There were only a few tables occupied, and we waited 10 minutes and no one came to the table. We left without anyone noticing or saying anything. If it’s a staffing issue, I don’t want to eat their food. The floor was sticky every step I took. It’s dirty, and I don’t want to eat their food.

Food came out cold on almost everything except the eggs benedict.Staff was pleasant but the kitchen definitely does not know how to serve a hot plate with all ingredients. The men's bathroom looked worse than some of the worst biker bars I have ever had the unpleasant task of visiting. Will not be returning owner needs to spend some money and do some training.

My favorite was discontinued. I ordered chicken salad on raison bread and grits. I received chicken salad on a croissant. Hardly any chicken salad and it tasted terrible and cold. One server who was super busy. The server that seated us wasn't friendly and appeared he didn't like being there. The hot chocolate was very good.

VERY disappointed. Arrived at quiet time (only 5 booths occupied), yet it took nearly 50 minutes to receive food for 3 people AND items like potatoes were completely burned and inedible. Won't return there.

Never again. Went there with a group of four on Sunday morning to a one third full restaurant and ordered coffee,pancakes, and toast. I asked the apathetic waitress about when food would be ready and was told that there were a lot of orders in front of us. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I went to the front and asked for a manager and someone came from the kitchen and told me that I needed to be patient. I paid my $7 for two coffees, cancelled my order and left.

We live in the area and have eaten here several times, but will not return here again. Understaffed, coffee mugs were dirty, service was among the worst I experienced in the area, and management is pathetic. There are other better places in the area, I encourage everyone to avoid this place.

The food was bland and tasteless. Original eggs were served cold and I had to ask for them to be heated and they were still not palpable. I tried a different dish and it was just as bad. Service was spotty and you have to ask for everything constantly throughout the meal and they seem very angry about it. I had to ask for silverware from three different servers, and water every time anyone needed it. This was also true of the other tables nearby being served. The decor was fine, but multiple tables were dirty and there were only a few customers in the restaurant. I assume it’s not a nice place to work for because the servers seem angry about being there. I paid for everything and left quickly.

Vegetarian options: No vegetarian options besides pancakes. Nothing for vegans. Everything uses eggs, milk, and cheese

The people next to us said they waited an hour to get their food and recommended.We go somewhere else... However, we had already been there 35 minutes and our waitress told us they had misplaced our order... I also heard our waitress state that she could not take any more tables twice. J christophers was obviously understaffed...

Waited an hour for the food and was eventually told they had lost the order. No coffee arrived until we asked 20 minutes later and it never did arrive. The waitress was absolutely overwhelmed. Where was the owner? Why didn't he help is customers when he could see the staff where overwhelmed? We left and went to Waffle House. We won't be back to this joint.
