1st time I went there. Most likely will not return. The girl who brought my breakfast said my muffin would be coming. Still didn't have it when my food was about half gone and the waitress stopped by. Then, when I paid, I didn't have my credit card, so I gave a $20.00 bill plus the change portion. When I got my change, I was short a dollar. That's not much, but it's sad that younger people have not learned how to do math.

I was in the area and stopped by for coffee, which turned into breakfast, I had the recommended traditional. Boy, was it delicious and the service from staff to match. The overall experience was great. I ended up leaving my card and cane by today to pick it up. They verified I was the card owner as I called before showing up and made the 40 min drive to pick it up without a hitch. Thank you, good peeps!

Had to send under cooked & cold food back. Received replacement order quickly, and it was delicious.

Overpriced, Mediocre food. I got the western omelet , it really just didn't taste good . For as many staff as they have , the service wasn't great. Won't waste time or money

I have order from door dash at least twice. The food wasnt the best i tasted . I really enjoyed the turkey bacon sandwich. The potatoes were under cooked. Yesterday me and my husband did a breakfast date. We went here cause i wanted to see would the dine in experience be different. I was wrong it was the same . The biscuits sausage and gravy was served cold. The gravy was just pour over the sausage not good at all. We just sent the whole plate back. We also ordered a egg and spinach skillet. The spinach was was old flakes, blue cheese, sun dried tomatoes with again the uncooked potatoes. The pancake was so flat and cold the butter did not melt. Will not be going here again.

My cousin and I saw this place and decided to try it for the first time. I have always wanted to try it. Sadly, we are disappointed. I ordered the Build your own skillet with the Blueberry Crunch pancakes to go and my cousin ordered the Strawberry pancakes with eggs and grits with bacon on the side. My potatoes are burnt and the blueberry crunch pancakes have no crunch, they look nothing like the picture as advertised. My cousins strawberries, look like they are bad. The food tastes mediocre at best. We won’t be back. I’m making sure I tell all my neighbors and friends never to eat here. Atmosphere was weird as we walked in too plus there was no one in the restaurant, should have been a sign to turn around and leave.

Atmosphere was calm, restaurant is clean and quiet. The hostesses are warm and welcoming.. However, the food is not the best and pricey. The potatoes are cooked however they are hard. The biscuit is nice and flaky, but very small. The food looks dry and bare on the plate also. The host added cheese to my eggs even though I said no cheese. We only came here for brunch because Apothecary was closed and I was famished.

When entering the restaurant it was very clean, and they had light music playing which was a good mood setter. Once we got sat at the table we waited a few minutes and they came and got our drink orders. After bringing the drinks they took our order. The food came out and was good. It was the lack of attention to the empty drink cups sitting at the end of the table during many employees passing by. Eventually the waitress came and refilled them. They sat empty for a good 5-8 min.. They were not terribly busy. That is all I would have to say they needed to work on

Walked in with my son today. Noticed the 84 on the score card. Waited for someone to put our name down. Was greeted by a young man with dark hair. Clean cut, and was told there would be a wait. I said ok. Another couple came in behind us. Our name was put down. It wouldn't be long.. 20 minutes the young man said... My son and I look for a place to wait along with the others already waiting. Well the young man seats the couple and I walk over and ask " are those other three tables open, first come first serve?" I am told that they are but if we seat you there you will get poor service. I already felt like I was getting poor service. This would have never happened in PTC....We ended up next door at Buffalo Wild Wings. Highly recommend. The service was awesome at Wild Wings, great atmosphere and the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich was excellent! Highly recommend Wild Wings Cafe .

They definitely need new management. Ive been here and disappointed in my last 3 visits. From lackluster service to the meals being completely wrong. I’m upset because they are the closest breakfast spot to my house.

Not a very good experience for a paying customer. First of all, I felt like I was given coffee from a previous guest in the small warmers. I would hope that I am wrong about that, however, the coffee was cold and barely any in the container. Additionally, the server had a bad attitude once I confronted her about it.

Must have been the very bottom of the pot of sausage & gravy. Hardly any put on biscuits, biscuits were dry, and grits were thick & clumpy..again like the end of what is in pot at end of day. We went about 1 hr before closing. Sad because I typically love J Christoper’s…this was first time at this location. Won’t go back to this one.
