EDIT/UPDATE: I spoke with the manager and she was AMAZING! She addressed my concerns and was very nice! I really really appreciate her and give her 5 stars!

We placed and order on Sunday, November 9, 2025 and had the worst customer service we've ever experienced. It was a mobile order and when we picked up the wrap was EXTREMELY small. When we called in, the guy was very very rude and told us he did his job and if it's not right then he doesn't know. He was very defensive and told me I needed to try to find his manager the next morning. We did get a refund but we have never experienced that level of disrespect at a jersey mikes and will NEVER go back to that location. We typically order there once a week for all four of us and they have just lost four loyal customers over his disgusting attitude. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

I would love the sandwich makers to change out gloves after writing with a pen and taking payments at the register. Other than asking for that (which they kindly had no problem with) it was good and done fast.

I have visited on several occasions and each time the service and store cleanliness were both superb & impeccable! I work for GCPS and have told many of my co-workers to visit just because of this. I just now learned the managers name after going there about 10 times 🤣🤣 I believe her name is Neri she makes one heck of a #17 grilled steak n cheese #26 chicken bacon ranch. Do yourselves a favor and stop in! You won’t be disappointed! Don’t forget to tell them you want it Mike’s way! šŸ˜‰

Avoid this location and make a few extra miles to go to the one in Bethlehem. They are rude, dismissive and don’t even get your order right.

I ordered a big kahuna, asked for veggies and mayo on it, they wouldn’t put extra toppings on it and I’ve got this same sub there multiple times. I also got a kid meal which usually comes with a 22 ounce drinks and the lady told me no, that it was a small Styrofoam cup that was maybe 6-8 ounces. I told her that I’ve been coming there since they opened and always got the 22 ounce drink and she looked at me like I was lying and told me no that’s not right. She didn’t even give us the cups, my kid got them for us. I also asked for separate bags for my kids that way they knew which bag was theirs, and she rolled her eyes at me. I would avoid this location as this isn’t the first time the staff has been rude.

Didn’t have a chance to order food. I went in, stood there and the young lady behind the counter was rude and dismissive. She looked me up and down then went to the back which left no one upfront to take my order. She is the one with the nose ring that many reviews seem to have already mentioned. The way all of these reviews have the same copy and paste response and this individual is still employed there is concerning. Safe to say the vibe was off, I left the establishment and will not be returning.

Placed an online order, showed up and had to wait over 30 mins. With the 15 mins the online order automatically puts on an order, it took them 45 mins to make a single sub.

Jansley and Miranda are the best employees there since they opened at that location. They are very friendly, quick and represent the brand well.

I tell you the young lady with that tattoo and pericing is one of the BEST!!! She quick and i can tell she can run a store just by her demeanor. She needs a raise . Try the 56 and let her make it you won’t regret it! I’ll be back!

If the young lady with the pierced lip is not there don't bother eating here She's the only one who seems to know what she's doing I went yesterday and she was not there Needless to say i waited 15 minutes for my order of 2 sandwiches Very disappointing

5-26 at around 1:20pm we come in to order sandwiches and our orders are taken At the register, there was a very rude young lady with butterfly neck tattoos and a nose ring that asked us if we could ā€œsee the sign that said order hereā€ after the young gentleman at the register took our order they then proceeded to not make my order after I payed because ā€œI didn’t order at the signā€ and she said ā€œbruh I told them to order at the signā€ as if I didn’t just pay 40$ for two sandwiches. Why have someone take my order and pay if they’re not going to make my order. Making sandwiches is not a hard job

Whoever made my sandwich on yesterday (I think it was Miranda), YOU ARE AMAZING!!!! YOU DESERVE A RAISE!!! In my opinion, this location has the BEST SERVICE, and they obviously take pride in what they serve to their customers! Kudos!

Came in a couple Saturdays ago where I received the worst customer service I've probably ever received. After standing there feeling ignored for about fifteen minutes, I asked the manager, ( slim black lady, big wig) could I order. She gave me the nastiest stare, almost as if I was inconveniencing her by asking. After ordering, I realized that all the people who ordered sandwiches after me were leaving with their sandwich and they weren't making me one. To avoid confrontation I ended up leaving with no sandwich after being there about 30-40 minutes. I won't return.
