We went to Popeye's to use the coupon there and inside the restaurant was closed. Three other cars also checked their doors. Having only found the drive in open, we went to KFC. The other cars also left Popeye's car. KFC is clean, well staffed, happy and dancing staff. The manager has a great relationship with all of them! The food is fresh, hot and delicious! We will definitely be back! Outstanding KFC experience!

I am very dissatisfied with the food I received tonight, first they had no wings then the chicken I received was cooked very tough. I spent $44.00 and I wanted the food to be cooked properly, I called the restaurant back to let them know I was unhappy and they wanted me to drive back there and bring the same chicken in to replace it. So, why would I call and complain if there was no problem with the food, and why would I have to bring back bad chicken to replace it, all you need to do is throw it away. I'm very disappointed and it's hard to find great customer service.

I'm new to the area and did some exploring. Was excited to find a KFC as I'm a sucker for their pot pies, but was confused when I pulled up to the drive-thru to find it taped off, but when I went to go inside there was a sign on the door that said "Sorry drive-thru only." I stood in line behind a gentleman at the counter, and we waited a good while but no one ever came to take orders. Finally I got tired of waiting and left. I saw the gentleman in front of me did the same. I ended up next door at Chick-fil-A where one can at least get service.

Absolutely horrible service. Will NEVER go back.
I'm writing this review because of the manager...at least who I think was the manager. I went through the drive thru and ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal with frys. The frys were cold and the biscuit was smashed and the frys were lukewarm at best. I paid $16 so I went back to the restaurant and let them know what my food looked and taste like.The manager was very kind.She pulled the young man aside and had me tell him about the food. She told him we cannot give people food like this. She apologized and remade my order.I eat out for lunch just about everyday and even though things didn't start off great I appreciate the apology and the manager making it right.I give the manager 5 stars!

They was so rude then after they provided me dry chicken
Absolutely horrible. They repeatedly mess up our orders and the workers there are rude and disgusting. I'll never bring my business here again.
Waiting in line now 20 minutes. Will I get my food today?
