I barely come here due to me living in Winder. Today I decide to come in since I was around the area. Not only I had to bag my WHOLE groceries $300 Worth it cause according to the cashier telling the other employees about the incident he had with the lady in front on me was more important then to bag my groceries. He has the nervous to tell me I was a great bagger that I should work there. ? do better KROGER.

I stopped shopping here because it got too expensive fast, the shell gas station next to them it's much cheaper for same product. Besides it has the worst customer service, imagine a bad walmart × that by 20

If i could give customer service a zero i would. Was in there today returning a few items and this young latina girl with black hair pulled back was very rude. She acted as though it was a bother to do her freaking job. I told her to bring it down and her response was bring what down. My response was that you will not speak to me any type of why. This store has gone down over the past years. Store is always dirty and the management team is poor. Hence the employees. Guess I'll start shopping at publix.

Almost the shopping carts are broken with wobbly wheels. Manager has been told many times, they do not care. Cashiers can’t be bothered to look up produce items so they just charge you whatever getting wrong and overcharging all the time.

This krogers gets no stars. I had 2 carts full of groceries. And no one helped me and my family. We had to scan and bag groceries. Like we are getting paid. Horrible service. Never ever will I come back ????????

Brooke at the gas station was super helpful today! My new drivers went to pump gas ( I have shown them a hundred times) this AM for the first time by their self and forgot all they had been taught. She came and helped them out ! Brooke you went the extra mile THANK YOU

So I’m new to the Gwinnett community and I shop at Kroger regularly… I had to come and give Casey (working last night, on the cigarette register) a HUGE shout out???? Thank you for your patience, your help and for making me laugh. I was in a really dark place and ppl don’t realize that 2 seconds of your kindness, helped me through my night. I can’t find the words to express my gratitude but yu are definitely appreciated

Driving home from Publix and a Kroger delivery van from this location flies up on my rear bumper. I had to turn into my subdivision, I guess I took 2 seconds too long to make a turn, and the delivery driver blows his horn acting like I was the problem. Won’t be using Kroger delivery services if they want to be the unprofessional.
