Wish I could give lower then 1 I waited at the “drive through” for 20 minutes without a word being said to me they looked at me about 10 times and then went inside 5 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready from the time given online and it’s still not ready. It is now 20 minutes past the time given for the order and I’m having remind them about items from the order that they forgotten. So called employees are always rude and terrible. Half of them don’t even wear a uniform it looks like random people working back there. It’s been disappointing before but this is the worst it’s ever been corporate should shut it down

Worst customer service: order on the phone got here in 10 min. No one helped and when a skinny kid came out he said it’s still in the oven. Wait 10 mins and I see home now just prepping the pizza and putting it in the oven. Been waiting over an hour already. Still no pizza. DO NOT COME HERE!!

Something needs to be done about the staff and management. I have been here 2 times now and both times it has taken over 20 minutes for 1 thing of pepperoni crazy puffs. I don’t know if there is a shortness of staff but something needs to be done. I could understand if they were busy, but when pulling in, I didn’t see any customers inside, and I was the first and only person in line.

I usually don’t have bad things to say about this little Caesar’s, but today was a day that I have to say something. Pulled in to order pizza, this really very kind young lady took my order. She said it was going to take a bit longer than normal. She and a brand new employee were the only ones there and they were busy. I told her i understood and ordered and parked. Waited for 30 mins and got to get back in line to get an eta when a manager, i assuming, finally showed up to help the young lady. She was running all over taking care of customers trying to help the new employee and very overwhelmed. She apologized many many times. The experience is not her fault but the fault of management. Leaving one employee and one new employee with absolutely no other help, is insane. When the manager finally brings me my pizza, after almost a hour, it’s cold. Again this is no reflection on the young lady that was trying her very best, but little Caesar’s needs to get it together. A manager needs to be on duty when there are new employees.

I ordered online thru the app, the location services is turned on, for whatever reason 😕 the stupid app sent my order to the Dacula GA location for my order in Winder GA! Instead of CALLING me at the Dacula location to see if I wanted to pick it up instead, they cancelled my freaking order! Now I have to wait till my money comes back into my account! For 7-10 business days. That left me without money in my acct to purchase ANYTHING. Don't use their app, don't go to this location, it's a CROC and lazy people obviously work there, to not take 2mins out of their time to call me and ask if I wanted to pick up my order!! When I worked fast food, I NEVER let a customers order go!!! I would of called them! Thanks a lot Little Caesars of Dacula, for your obvious laziness.
