I recently had the worst experience at Marcos pizza in Dacula . I ordered a pizza and when it arrived delivered to my house, it was extremely overcooked - the crust was dark brown and i asked for light crust when ordering . I drove back to the pizza place to request a refund, only to be met with rude and dismissive customer service.
The lady at the counter, who claimed to be the manager, argued with me and refused to give me my money back. She insisted that the pizza was prepared correctly and refused to acknowledge the fact that it was clearly burnt. I was shocked by her lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
I will never be returning to this pizza place again. The manager's terrible attitude and only option was to make the pizza over again but still refused to offer refund on an untouched uneaten pizza. I am huge on getting great customer service where i spend my money.
I highly recommend avoiding this place and instead, heading to Riverside Pizza across the street where the customer service is exceptional and they are willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by taking your business elsewhere.

I typically go to a different Marcos location that I love, but decided to go here bc it was closer to where I was headed. When you order pizza from Marcos online you can select a dipping sauce to come with it, the Marcos I normally go to allows you to select 2 of any of their sauces. This one only allowed you to pick one and the only option was plain ranch which I still selected. I also paid additionally for a jalepeno ranch. I was only given the jalepeno one I paid for and not the other ranch that was listed on the receipt. When I tried to ask for the ranch that was listed on the receipt I got the worker started fighting with me over it exclaiming that it cost extra and it didn’t matter that it was on the receipt, the receipt was wrong. It was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, I will never ever go back to this Marcos, if you want good Marcos and service go to the Suwannee Marcos!

I have ordered a pizza here every Friday for at least 3 years but tonight I ordered and waited an hour, I called but they couldn’t find my order. Manager said she wouldn’t send one for free but would take $5 off. Unacceptable! I waited an hour and a half to be told that she would NEVER deliver to me EVER again! ?!?!?! I hope you get fired so I can continue to order and I’ll be on the phone with Corporate Monday morning. I hope Corporate removes you quickly because I tip the drivers well and I’ve been loyal for a long time! What you did tonight was just immature and a very poor business decision.

Easy service & good pizza. Really liked the chicken specialty pizza with fresh tomatoes and onions.
Just left this location. The manager went off on my via phone because I mistakenly put in an order at the wrong location. He was rude and demeaning. I asked for the corporate number and he refused to give it to me stating that they are not allowed to give out the info.

Do not I repeat do not waste your time there. This was the worst experience I've ever had. What's the point when you order online and they don't call or email you back when it's ready. Then they had the audacity for a tip after I picked it up. Food was good that's was it but service sucks. Was better off going .to Riverside down the street. How can you charge 11.99 for a small when you can get a large else were for 6 or 7 bucks????? Not going back .

You can tell when some of these other reviews are BOGUS because people have too much time on their hands to complain about every small thing!! This was some of the BEST PIZZA and service I’ve ever had! Definitely will be coming back and recommend!

Thanks to the amazing driver who delivered our pizza to the wrong house we probably never order again from Marcus so sad they can make a simple delivered accurate and don’t event bother to offer the wrong pizza and give a credit to next order I don’t think that’s a good way to keep customers happy we there service .
