40 Plus dollars for old fries, asked for no ketchup on one of my sandwiches, didnt listen. Reminded them at the window still pulled us just to get it wrong and give old brown colored fries. All 4 larges. Crazy we pay for old food and incorrect orders. We have got to do better and hold people accountable. Order 1286 just now

I ordered on the mobile app and had my son pick up the food, which we've done several times before. The staff and manager were very rude and would not give him the food that i ordered and paid for. They said that the bluetooth in the phone was required to pick up the order. This is not correct and mcdonalds does not use blue tooth for order verification... just the code. We talked to the manager and they told him to go and get me and bring me back. Pretty ridiculous. It's clear based on others reviews of this location that the manager and staff need customer service training.

I ordered on the mobile app I ordered the 2 big macs with 2 fries and 20 piece nuggets they only put 1 box of 10 in there and the fries seemed like they weren't cooked just oily where they sat them down for a while and lifted them back up weren't even crispy like they normally are they just weren't cooked period.

We came through on Thursday night at around 11:30. We had placed a mobile order in advance and sat in the line for about 40 minutes before getting to the window. As someone who's worked fast food i understand a long line at the end of the night and had no problem waiting. We get our food and started the trip home, as it was 12:25 at the time, only to get home to realize they had given us a completely different order. We had a quarter deluxe combo and a double bacon quarter combo with one 3 piece strips. We received a SINGLE bacon quarter pounder and two 3 count strip boxes. This is completely wrong and just plain annoying. We paid for two burgers and a 3 piece strip. Mind you it took more than 10 minutes at the second window to even see anyone. No drinks. No hey! Your food is almost up. Nothing. Completely unprofessional and we won't be returning until this is resolved.
P.S. My partner was halfway through his single burger when we realized it wasn't even fully cooked.

They can never get order right. Shame on me for expecting it to change on another visit. Go to another McDonalds, atleast the order will be right. Paid $8.69 for large sized Big Mac Meal. They give me a medium drink. Told them it should be large size, response was it says medium on the order. Stated its incorrect... response again was it says medium on order. The receipt clearly states large sized. If you are not going to give the customer what they pay for, why offer it. Avoid this place, or you will just be losing money.

I was missing my side of gravy so I pull around and let them know. I was thinking they were just gonna get it and be nice but then the lady says “ I ordered it wrong” and I requested it to be “ on the biscuit” so I was confused and said I never requested that. You can clearly see it on the label. She then says she can seperate it so I gave her back my gravy biscuit and then recieve this. This place is a joke.
