We visit this McDonald’s frequently and usually get great service. Unfortunately this time we did not get good service through the first half of the drive through. The person asking for orders was rude and short as soon as we get to the first window( the same person taking orders) doesn’t say a word he is too busy on his phone. The gentlemen handing the food out was nice and professional which is for the additional star.

The food sucked. I have been to McDonalds where it was fresh and the fries were amazing - the fries are what get me! But today I got a double cheeseburger and fries. The fries were rubbery (old!) and the cheeseburger had been sitting for at least an hour. It was STALE. I’m done with McDonalds. Back to fresh food for me!!!

They are always out of something, but the staff is nice. The young lady that bought my coffee to the car was very pleasant.
If you order delivery I would stop and think twice. They messed up my order an completely forgot the big portion of it. Calling the help line doesn’t help. Won’t resend the food you order just a refund but have to pay the delivery fee….. this place needs to have a better team to fix inspect the order.

The guy at the first window was a hoot. I love when people are just in a good mood and trying to spread it to the world. He was funny and had a super infectious personality.

The young lady at the drive thru was very rude. Tone of voice is everything and hers was filled with attitude. I got to the window and asked for her name and they stated they couldn’t give it because she was a minor. I know I’m not the only one who complained about her attitude. The manager was no better. She stated she would talk to the young lady but you can tell she was just talking. She seemed very lost and not in control. The manager, Tabitha stated “she wasn’t listening on the headset because she had a lot going on” she wasn’t wearing a headset to listen. Who knows how many other people the young lady was rude to a manager with a headset on could have caught it and addressed. Neither of them apologized. People work to hard for their money to deal with rude attitudes. I will no longer be a customer of McDonald this was the last time

The guy in the 1st window at 8:55 November 28 I believe his name was Marcus he was very funny had positive energy and made my experience enjoyable
Extremely Disappointing Experience
We placed our order at 4:20 PM and didn’t receive our food until 5:00 PM. During that time, we watched our bag sit behind the counter for at least 20 minutes before anyone handed it to us. By the time we finally got it, the frappe was completely melted and the fries were cold and stale.
Another customer who ordered at 4:15 PM still hadn’t received her food even after we did. Meanwhile, a group that came in after us received both of their orders before ours, which was extremely frustrating.
Trying to speak with staff was difficult because they were avoiding customers and staying behind the counter without acknowledging anyone in the lobby. On top of that, the woman bagging the food was sneezing and did not wash her hands afterward before continuing to handle orders. That is a major health concern.
The manager did tell the team to speed things up, but it was clear that speed, customer service, and proper food-handling training are all major issues here. Whether it’s lack of training or lack of support, something needs to change. Even getting our drink cups required us to ask again because they weren’t included.
We consider ourselves very patient and understanding—waiting isn’t a problem when the food is fresh and the service is respectful. But this was unacceptable from start to finish. This is the second time we’ve had an experience like this at this location, and we gave them another chance thinking maybe breakfast time was just extra busy. Unfortunately, this visit was even worse.
We will not be returning to this location. It’s shocking that it’s able to stay in business with the way it’s being run.

The service was good. The team members that I conversed with during my visit were nice and friendly. The play place area was kept clean. I saw staff cleaning up tables after customers left.
My daughter and I shared a happy meal, and I used a reward on the app to get a large iced coffee, which they made so delicious. 😋
Afterwards, we had the deal for 2 cookies.
The overall atmosphere was quiet and enjoyable.
Prices were average.
We had a good visit!

This is the worst McDonald's service I've ever experienced.
This store does not run smoothly. Two customers who did not speak English as their first language had been waiting for coffee for quite some time. What appeared to be a manager was not patient and bordering on rude when telling them it's cold outside and they had to brew a lot of coffee. There were a lot of vehicles in the drive thru and a few more customers waiting on food in the lobby. It took me five minutes to get a drink in the lobby - the only item I ordered. Store and bathrooms were clean.

Whoever thr guy with glasses is wearing a blue shirt at 10:21 am on September 29th is by far the worst person i've ever interacted with at a food industry. He didnt close the lid to the coffee my mom got and she nearly spilled it all over her. When told, he gave her the dirtiest look and didnt say anything. Before this even happened we ordered a few breakfast sandwiches and I asked for picante sauce, he just stared at me and I had to repeat myself. He then brought me 1 buffalo sauce. I said no the breakfast salsa. Can I please have a few. He brought me one.
Maybe writing this out doesn't sound as bad. But it was genuinely a really bad experience and I'm never going back tk this mcdonalds again. If any of you interact with him, I know you'll know what I meant.
