This location is always so clean and the service is beyond amazing. Even when I ask for something freshly made it still doesn’t take them that long to get the food out to me.

I waited in the drive thru line on the far outside while the lady kept asking me to hold and ghosting me. I watched 3 different cars pull up beside me in the inside lane and place their orders while I was continuously told to hold. I finally went inside to order an Oreo McFlurry and the did not even blend it up. This place is a joke and perfectly fits the McDonald’s stereotype. It is sad that even a McDonald’s employee can’t seem to get the simplest of things right! All you had to do was blend it ???? Good luck and I feel sorry that you have a long hard life ahead of you!

They take forever when you go inside and order food, even if it’s just one item. Workers are playing in the back and some have an attitude when you try to tell them about your order. Don’t come.

Every time I go to the McDonald's on Harbin Rd they are working on the milk shake machine. And the fairy princess in the first window barely had time to toss me my food before she closed the window with a very sarcastic " Have a good day" I only go here because it's close by, I guess I'd be better off driving to Winder, more crowded but the service is much better . I hope she made it to the Prom on time.

The order was not right at all, I asked for three double cheese burgers and they only gave me one. I also asked for 2 milkshakes, and a caramel sundae. They had stuff on the outside of the cups that we didn’t even order. Like pink gooey stuff. They gave us the food and it looked like they were rushing even thought it took them a long time. One of The burgers I had order was wrapped SO BADLY that when I tried to pick it up out of the bag it fell back into the bag

Had to wait an unbearable 23 minutes for 3 cappuccinos after just passing the first drive-through window, only to finally receive three hot chocolat flavor coffees instead of the cappuccinos we ordered. i dont write reviews alot but i wanted to cus this location deserves more than a 3 star. theyre so nice here like nicer than chicfila lol. i just came right before closing and they had to make fresh fries but they were so nice to me and bagged my sauces in a clear bag all neatly. and like 2 weeks ago it took a little long for my meal to come out and they put in a free apple pie. i love this location so sweet like every single worker here

How can this location get it so wrong. Went through the drive thru. Only a few cars in line. I ordered 1 burger and a milkshake. Was told to pull into a parking spot and they would bring my food to me. 1 - what happed to how a drive thru works, why can’t I get my food at the next window, my order was not big. 2. Why did I have to wait 5 minutes and then had to go into the restaurant to get my order as they forgot about me.
I take this as a sign not to eat at McDonald’s anymore. It’s an unhealthy, low quality and now getting expensive restaurant anyway. For about the same price can go elsewhere for a much better quality with better service - so many other choices.
