Drive thru is the worst...super slow! Never again

I pulled into the drive-thru and was asked to wait a moment. While I waited, three cars in the other lane were able to place their orders before me. When I asked the attendant if I was still supposed to be on hold, she said yes.
When she finally came back to take my order, I asked why the other lane could take orders while I was ignored. She didn’t answer my question—only repeated, “Are you ready to order?” I explained that this was very poor customer service, but she gave no response, never offered an apology, and showed no accountability for the situation.

Went drive-through nobody answered , we drove to first window nobody over their after couple minutes this lady came with attitude and she didn’t want to take my order she told me to go around again to place my order at the speaker I ask for manager she said they didn’t have one Very Bad customer service 7:20 PM

I mean it's McDonald's, what you expect, but if I never seen anything it's such a lifeless waste of space. They don't even have a soda fountain in front of house... So the whole idea of convenience is lost because if I want a refill or more ice I have to ask somebody to get off their phone and get it for me.
