Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

I love Menchies. Went yesterday and several flavors out which was ok but it was dirty inside. The floor was sticky and there were crumbs everywhere. I hope this was an infrequent occurrence but makes me hesitant to get food here. Nobody cleaned up before they opened. The girl was in the back most of the time. Owner asked what day-Memorial Day about 1 pm

Best frozen Yogurt I’ve had definitely a 10/10

Good selection of froyo and lots of toppings! Only giving it 4 stars - shop can be cleaner. Also outside space to sit - wish it was cleaner.

I don't think they wash the fruits or refill the fruits especially the strawberries. the workers look upset all the time, also the sound of the music you guys play outside is distorted you guys can either close it or fix it because it sounds annoying (just a customer comment) but the chocolate flavor is my favorite it's good. Still can improve tho

The store has a good selection of toppings and ice cream flavors. Unfortunately the vanilla option was broken or out of stock? The facility and upkeep/cleanliness of the dining area and separate room is where I had to deduct stars. The floor looks as if it hasn't been swept or mopped in a week. I understand toppings from ice cream may fall on the floor, but the floor had old gunk and crumbs all over it, on the table legs, and especially along the perimeter and corners. The 2 employees working the register should have tended to the dining room (cleaning tables and sweeping the mess) instead of standing at the front counter scrolling on their phones.

I used to visit this place frequently because of their delicious dairy-free vanilla bean flavor sweetened with Stevia, which was my go-to choice along with a couple of other vegan options. However, lately, I've been disappointed to find that the vegan vanilla is often unavailable, and the other flavors don't seem to taste the same. I really hope they bring back the vegan vanilla flavor, as it's essential to cater to customers with dietary restrictions and ensure there's a variety of flavors for everyone.

Service was horrible, drove 20 minutes just for cake batter and then they were out. Very disappointed in this community. DO BETTER!

My boyfriend and I enjoy coming here as it is close to us, and Apple Maps as well as their hours on their building say that they are open until 9 on weekdays, however we got there tonight (Monday) at 8:40pm to grab a quick snack, and they were closed and had taped a paper to their door about updated winter hours and now close at 8:30.

This was really disappointing. What difference does a half an hour make? It is early October in Georgia, and it was in the mid 80°s today. Why the winter hours?? Ridiculous and lazy.

Definitley enjoyed this Location! Over the past few years, Places like Sweet Monkey and Menchies and either closed all or some of their locations and some of my nearby ones got affected. Until I remembered this was still open. Tryed it out Sunday, and right on the spot, clean, not trashy, Ice Cream was great, Kit-Kat's and M&M's (i call them "Slim Shady's" XD) were great and not "hard" Great customer service and would recommend!

super delicious ? loved that I found this gem in buford! highly recommend putting oreo and graham cracker bits on top!! the flavors are all amazing and high quality, definitely a must visit if you’re in the area

Very basic flavors considering their app shows so many great flavor options. Also went the other day with my family and about half of them were out so definitely should’ve gone somewhere else.

The kids love it here! Staff is friendly and yogurt is so good! Could be cleaner as the trash is often over flowing but otherwise such a treat.
