Visiting friends in buford, I've got a moe's in columbus ga 3 hours south, this location was horrible in comparison. They didn't listen to what we asked for our burritos and the responded with attitude and annoyance when asking for the ingredient again. They when asking for any additional veggies, they said it would be extra. On top of all of it, they charged each burrito as a homewrecker burrito and charged extra.
Overall I just wouldn't go to this location. There's apparently another one in the ga mall in buford, I'd just try my luck there. Even if the employees were new, there should have been a manager coaching them or they should have at least asked questions should they not have known how to respond. Moe's I expected better.

I usually don’t have an issue here, but tonight I placed an online pickup order at 5:48pm and I did not receive my order until 6:33pm… I sat here and watched 3 employees deal with 20 customers in line before even attempting the 5-6 pickup orders that had come through. And when they finally did the pickup orders, they did them out of order, completing one that had been ordered 10 minutes after my order.
The point of the app, as is posted, is to skip the line… not be passed up by it. Just a little frustrated that a pick up order, meant to be quick and convenient, took 45 minutes to get
You guys need to hire new people for this Moe's. The staff do no care about the customers. It's 6:43pm and they are worry 😟 about cleaning. When the place close at 9pm. This place is a joke. 45 minutes for burrito 🌯. You will not catch me in here again 😒.

No "welcome to moes" and no customer service at all. The guy behind the counter didn't say a word after he was done playing on his phone. The restaurant was a mess and the food was par.

I love, and I mean love, Moes. I have visited the original moes in Atlanta, when I was in college I ate there probably 2-3 times a week, when I travel, it is my go to!
That being said, went here for lunch, went with the usual chicken and steak bowl. Service was fine, went home and ate it. The food is terrible. The steak looks and tastes terrible. It looks boiled and it’s completely unseasoned. It it so tough. The chicken is garbage. It tastes like rubber, it doesn’t tear off, it cubes off like rubber. It is so freaking goofy. I ate a couple bites and now am so sad. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Man it’s like someone died in here. No welcome to Moes? That’s like their whole thing. Welcome to Moes! Terrible rebrand, restaurant feels sterile and unwelcoming but somehow also filthy. Food is average Moes food. But it’s still Moes.

We usually like Moe's. We were excited to order for dinner tonight. We placed a to go order. The chips were MEGA stale (inedible), the rice was crunch and un-seasoned. My husband had ordered ground beef and received steak instead. Mine should have had sour cream and there was none. The burritos were somehow cold, but they had him wait for the order. They should have been quite fresh.
It was really disappointing. It wasn't the first time the food was sub-par, either.
If we could have, we would have gotten our money back, but we were already at home with our kids and it wasn't worth the hassle to go back out, even with it being a short enough drive.

Stale chips, burnt stake, hair in my queso and terrible customer service. Drive to a different location. Im an avid more lover and this was hard for me.

So I usually go to Willy’s and spout to everyone how good it is compared to the other chains that do similar food but decided to give more another try. When I came in the employees were watching videos on there phone and giggling in the lobby. Upon seeing me enter they scrambled to their positions and seemed annoyed I was even there. I order by food and the girl making the burrito is very abrupt when speaking and rushing me through my order. When she handed my food off the the cold condiment worker she snatched it and didn’t say a word. I said “ can I have light pico” she then proceeds to scoop 4 scoops of pico. “Can I have Guac?” She then slaps guac all over the burrito and counter with a noticeable frown and agitation in her voice. Finally, I ask for chipotle ranch she then squeezed about a fourth of the bottle into my burrito, gross dude. She then “wraps” the burrito, if you can call it that and smears everything with her hand in the middle like she was sending me a message to never think that I can walk into their store and order their food every again, how rude of me. The inside spilled out and she wiped her hands on the tin foil and threw it in my bag on top of the loose chips. The burrito itself was terrible. I’m truly concerned about everyone else who comes here, NEVER again. Willy’s for life.

Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else. Third visit in a row like this: no customer acknowledgement, stale food, small portions, and missing items on online orders. Today, I paid $66 for $10 worth of items that tastes like they should be paying me to eat it. The visit before, I had to wait for half my order to be cooked after I noticed it missing from the bag. Today I didn't check and half my party's food wasn't in the bag.
