Moe's Southwest Grill

Have not been here in a while. Have to say food was still good. But even better than that was the service. Awesome crew tonight.

The service was extremely disappointing, . It's unacceptable that they don't provide air conditioning in 80°F temperatures. Additionally, we have dietary restrictions and do not eat beef. There was beef spilled on the counter where they prepare burritos and bowls. We clearly communicated our concerns and requested that they clean the area before making our food, but they disregarded our request entirely and failed to clean.

I'm not usually one to post reviews but my experience was so bad, I felt the need to. I love Moe's, but I won't be returning to this location. The staff was extremely rude and one of the guys was literally throwing bottles of sour cream and chipolte sauce after putting it on my bowl, also nothing was stocked (ex: no lettuce, salsa, adobo chicken...etc.) and the restaurant was filthy. I should have left without purchasing anything when i saw all this, but I really wanted Moe's tonight! Lesson learned...it was disgusting. Save yourself and go eat at Austin's Burittos in the Publix shopping center. That's where I'm going next time I have a craving for Moe's.

I’ll start by saying I’m not one to ever complain but the food here was terrible! I took two bites and threw it out. The chicken was awful it had a green tint and taste like it had been warmed up numerous times. It’s a bad sign when the parking lot is empty at 12:00 pm!

Rebecca and Danyon were amazing here at moes as well as the crew!!

The Young kid making my food was very rude and aggressive. He even got upset and raised his voice at me for not telling him to have a good day. I guess there is a reason the parking lot was empty.

This place is filthy. Board of health should pay a visit.

7:00pm on a Friday night 2/28/25
Ordered a burrito. Got cold chicken and cold rice, each seemed like they had been left out for a while. I think they gave my girlfriend food poisoning.

Food was decent but rating this a 2 because of how dirty it was. We came in when they first opened and you can tell no one cleaned up the night before. Food was all over the floor and tables.

The manager was so nice. It's rare to see that kind of service today.

This Moe’s is awful. The food is poorly prepared, the place is a mess, and they are almost always out of basic stuff like spoons, to go trays, cups, ingredients, etc. Despite all this I kept going to this location and tried to give it a chance but I’m done. I went there and I could clearly taste cleaner in the rice! It’s absolutely ridiculous how poorly run this location is.

I did an online order for pick up. When we got home the order was completely wrong. I double checked my order online to make sure I did not order the wrong item. After seeing I did not get what I paid for I called the number the app said to call if there was an issue. There are only young kids there and I was told the manager left and there would not be one available for 7-10 days. I only want a refund for the food I ordered and was not given. The kids on the phone think it is funny and are laughing about it being the wrong food. Below is a photo of what I ordered verses what I got. All of the items were wrong, but this is complete opposite of what was ordered.

We order to go so we can’t speak to the service. Portions were okay but holy crap, this place is disgusting. Back to back trips weeks apart and the seating area is trashed while there is nobody there. This place needs a visit from the health department, probably won’t go back until someone steps in and tries to turn it around
