Kid-friendliness: Server will provide learner chop sticks for children if requested. Our group choose to use chop sticks and the children enjoy the kids version also. Spoon and fork also available.

We have eaten here a couple of times in the last month at both hibachi and sushi and it’s delicious! Service is wonderful and personable and they always go the extra mile. The hibachi is light and not greasy like some other places. Highly recommend Ninja at Hamilton Mill!!

I would not recommend this place they are soo rude
I ordered a steak well done to go.
I got home and my steak was pink in the inside so I called to let them know that. I was told by someone that I needed to text a picture to someone personal phone so I declined. I told them I didn’t feel comfortable enough. The owner gets on the phone and started yelling. I told her at this point I just want my money back. I like 25 mins away it was 910 at night and I don’t know when I can bring the steak back. She says to me well you’re eating my veggies and rice. Mam I just paid 30$ for steak I can’t eat so all I could eat was the veggies and rice.

I came with a group of friends for a birthday dinner after wine tasting. I waited over an hour for my appetizer and my drink. I asked for a manager to assist with my issue and there was no empathy and accommodations attempted for the inconvenience. In my opinion, the customer service at this restaurant really makes and breaks this place. I highly don’t recommend this establishment and I will not be back.

I’ve gone to this restaurant for a few years now and I have never been disappointed. The entire staff hospitality skills are going to be very difficult to find anywhere else. Their food is always amazing and they keep high standards. I normally get a sushi roll and fried rice to go but have had their steak hibachi dinner with the show plenty of times and every time it’s different. No one chef does the same jokes or same trick (besides the volcano trick but you have to have that in hibachi!). The owner hasn’t been in house as much as before which my blessing go out to him. Many times I have came in to get food to go and he always remembers the little things you tell him, always checks up on you, and countless times he has gone out of his way to brighten my day. The rest of his staff still keep that same energy so I would not only recommend to come for the food - but the people too!!!This place is a staple in this area for many families. Try it, you won’t be disappointed and it’s well worth the money!!!

Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a few handicap spots and there is a slope entrance for easy access. The doors are not electronic so it may be difficult for those with limited mobility that are alone but if you’re by yourself but just give the store a call and I know they will help you in anyway they can!!

We've eaten here several times but this time the steak was flavorless and a bit chewy even at medium. The atmosphere was a bit claustrophobic since its a smaller room. And the bacon in the fried rice is horrible. Bacon goes with breakfast, not Japanese. I asked to have mine without and they cooked it in the back and brought me a bowl which I felt was a smaller portion. Everyone at our table asked for no bacon. Drop the bacon! I probably won't return.
