Went in to get the bogo promotion. They told me to use the app to order. I clicked on the promotion in the app. it didn't give me an option for pizza choices it said to customize my first pizza. After I did the first it gave options for specialty pizzas so I choose a second one. I showed my phone to the staff and asked because it didn't show the free pepperoni pizzas. The total for the two was almost $29.00. I asked again if I was getting two pepperoni free they yes. Long story short they handed me the two specialty pizzas and no pepperoni pizzas and told me I got a specialty pizza free and one pizza was $29.00. That is not the promotion, the specialties pizzas are not the free pizzas. I was robbed of my promotion. Will never return.

I placed a lunchtime pizza order through the phone using AI. When the pizza was ready, I picked it up and it was just OK. The crust was dry, so no taste or butter garlic and the sauce was too much and less cheese. No flavor to the pizza. I now remember why I have not ordered from Papa Johns in a few years.

I used Uber Eats to place an order … the order was wrong and neither Uber Eats or this location could do anything about it. I was not refunded for the pizza which was not a meat pizza but was loaded with jalapeños and green peppers (which I personally HATE). I was told that the store couldn’t help me and Uber Eats informed me that they couldn’t refund or fix jt. The reason for my bad review is that the box with the pizza was labeled meat but that isn’t what it was. I will never order Papa John’s or use Uber Eats.

About a 2 weeks ago I was waiting on my order to be ready scrolling on my phone then a doordasher picking up an order that did not speak English comes in asking questions to the cashier.. it was a struggle with the language barrier between the cashier and him she tried her best and was VERYY kind but overall couldn't solve the issue so she gets who I believe to be her manager Another girl to see if she could help the Dasher the issue is solved and the Dasher leaves but then the real problem begins the manager (mind you she is white) turns to the cashier girl not even 5 seconds after the Dasher had left and proceeds to go on a 10 minute rant about how people who don't speak English shouldn't be having jobs such as a doordasher and needs to work in restaurants or places where people can understand them I'm a white male with a Venezuelan wife who struggles a lot with this so this hit home and hard for me.. the cashier kindly tells her that's a statement she should keep to herself n all people deserve a chance at a job and even suggest that it is their fault for not knowing Spanish. the manager lady proceeds on with her opinion 2 minutes later my order was ready so I left wanting to say something but I knew there would be no explanation worth hearing I debated on posting this and waited a while because I didn't want to get anyone in trouble BUTTTT things like this shouldn't be acceptable especially it being by a manager!!!!!

I’m a DoorDash driver and the ONLY PERSON IN THE STORE… Guy working (beard mustache) was on phone and NEVER EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED ME…. after 10 minutes I left, came back - he was still on phone and continued to ignore me! !!!! ZERO

Papa John’s uses door dash now. Major issues. Can’t change payment type bc it goes through door dash. Can’t use cash bc the door dash driver does not have change nor speaks English. Can’t get the order right and then no one to bring out a correct order. Pizza Hut uses door dash too. I’m done. I’ll save my money and make my food at home and if I choose to get something I’ll pick it up.
