My pizza was perfect! Had a minor problem w Dessert & called them to let them know so other people wouldn't have the same problem. They were super sweet & accommodating! I'll definitely be going back!

This Papa John’s is the best one in the area! I live in Statham, Ga, and travel to this one. The manager Cristian is the bomb 🔥 He always makes sure I have what I need, and my order is always delicious and accurate! I order at-least once a week for my family and employees and have no complaints!! If I could have Cristian as my employee or cook, I would. Very hard worker, has a great attitude and attention to detail !!!

Came in for a last minute order, and Cristian helped me right away! Made sure I got everything I wanted, suggested items, asked if I wanted any sauces!! While my order was being made, he was still working hard on other orders! From my experience Cristian is a very hard worker and is passionate about ensuring this store is running with the upmost efficiency and quality! If he has not been promoted yet, he should be 100%. Won’t find another employee as hard working and loyal to the brand as he is! 👍🏻

Delivery guy left food on my porch. It was in the delivery instructions to hand it to me. He just walked up, put food in the chair on the porch, rung door bell and left. When I called Papa John’s they said they use door dash and don’t know who it was. So what’s the purpose of delivery instructions? These door dash issues are getting out of hand and honestly ruining good customer service as most businesses make excuses like, things can’t be helped or it is very tough to correct what went wrong with delivery or orders when they work with door dash.

Went in to get the bogo promotion. They told me to use the app to order. I clicked on the promotion in the app. it didn't give me an option for pizza choices it said to customize my first pizza. After I did the first it gave options for specialty pizzas so I choose a second one. I showed my phone to the staff and asked because it didn't show the free pepperoni pizzas. The total for the two was almost $29.00. I asked again if I was getting two pepperoni free they yes. Long story short they handed me the two specialty pizzas and no pepperoni pizzas and told me I got a specialty pizza free and one pizza was $29.00. That is not the promotion, the specialties pizzas are not the free pizzas. I was robbed of my promotion. Will never return.

I placed a lunchtime pizza order through the phone using AI. When the pizza was ready, I picked it up and it was just OK. The crust was dry, so no taste or butter garlic and the sauce was too much and less cheese. No flavor to the pizza. I now remember why I have not ordered from Papa Johns in a few years.
