Placed an order here for pickup via DoorDash approximately an hour before the store closed, whoever was in charge of making pizza for the night (Colton) - shift manager, decided they weren’t going to make mine but instead close early after speaking to him. DoorDash wouldnt refund me, and the store wouldnt honor my order the following day after calling about it despite having proof of the mishap. Was told Colton put down that he had made the order and I picked it up; by another store manager. Accommodating customers just doesnt seem to be something thats done at this location judging from other customer complaints and the lack of a response by the store manager. Wouldnt have placed an order here in the first place if I had seen the reviews before doing so.

Pizza was completely wrong. Ordered the cheeseburger Pizza extra cheese and onion, got a sausage pizza with hardly any cheese. Called the manager and was told they are having to cut back on their cheese so there is less. I PAID FOR EXTRA. Every other visit is this way. Its a shame how much they have gone downhill. Hey, atleast the pepper didnt look like it was chewed up and spit out this time

I am not the first person to have raw pizza dough from here by the looks of it. I ordered delivery and the pizza dough is sticking to the bottom and gooey cause it’s literally RAW. I spoke with Dylan from there and he said there was nothing they could do other than for me to come and exchange it. What the hell did I order delivery from then? I’m stuck at home with my baby, I can’t leave. The guy literally said “ma’am I have not sent out any raw pizzas today”. If my review reads angry it’s because I’m starving at 8pm with no resolution. I asked if there was anywhere I could send the photos as proof, nope. I called corporate and they said they would get back to me in 48 hours. Horrible customer service, raw pizza dough is a safety concern, I could have unknowingly eaten this and been sick.

The pizza I had was the most delicious one I've had in years. The toppings were awesome and fresh. It was prepared exactly as ordered, and I got the extra sauces I ordered. The person on staff was very nice and made the atmosphere wonderful. Thanks, it was great!

The manager up there is awful. Obviously he has no authority and does not know what to do in the situation in order to satisfy a customer. I’ve waited over two hours for a delivery. That’s not even five minutes away to find out that they didn’t have a driver. Common courtesy would to be called the customer. Let the customer know. Hey your order is running late because we don’t have a driver no one ever called me. It’s five minutes before they close so it’s 11:55 PM.
This is awful. It needs to be better management.

11/14/24 Terrible service. I understand when an establishment is short-handed. I understand when it gets busy. However I cannot understand why the employees have to be mean to the customers. The cashier was courteous and apologized however no one was in a rush to get the food out. No one was in a rush to service the customers. They were all lethargic and nonchalant. The gentleman that was rolling out the dough, wearing a red hat was very rude. He snapped at a door dash person. He also told one lady, who asked how long, that he didn't know because he isn't the cashier, nor did he try to give her an answer. I really hope the owner sees this post.

I have repeatedly called and let them know they forgot something. I worked for papa John's years ago and I have never seen something forgotten every. Single. time. The drivers are always nice. I've never had an issue with management either. I'm just sick and tired of them forgetting things. So if you want all your stuff that you ordered... don't order from this one.

I am sooo pissed off at this place. I don’t know why I gave them a second & third chance to serve me DONE PIZZA. I mean come on. The pizza I have gotten is RAW. When you pull it apart the dough is still raw & stretchy. I checked the pizza in the restaurant & told them it wasn’t done & to please put it back in the oven because this has happened to me before!!! I didn’t want to get home & finish baking the pizza myself that I paid them to make!! He put it back in the oven & I trusted that he checked to make sure it wasn’t done, NOPE. I get home & can’t even eat it because it’s still raw. What is wrong with these people. They need some new employees that actually care enough to check the pizza to make sure it’s done before serving it. I will not go back here.
