They have the best pizza n winder. A large (even tho' it looks more like a med 2 me, compared 2 previous large pizza's I've bought) 2 topping is on sale now 4 just $10.00 or a 1 topping 4 only $8.00.

Regular customer. Simple order- large cheese regular crust, large pepperoni thin crust. Timing, delivery, all very good BUT when we opened the pepperoni box the aroma was off, almost rancid. Have it the benefit and ate a piece. Maybe we haven't had PJ's pepperoni in a while but it was horrible. Added hot sauce, garlic sauce and Parmesan, same. Pulled pepperoni off, same. The smell alone was off putting but the taste was worse. Will be calling store. During a time when 'Shaq-aroni' is featured that was an extreme disappointment. Store really needs to check the better ingredient

I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt after reading reviews. But damn that pizza was horrible . Picking up the pizza and the cheese falling apart. Nothing but a load of Grease everywhere. Couldn’t even eat it. save your the trip and go to a real pizza shop

Very disappointing pizza. The pizza was uncut and the crust was soggy. Definitely gonna be doing my business elsewhere. Disappointing because I really want to patronize restaurants in my neighborhood.

People are nice but pizza quality isn’t there. Especially for the price.
The manager wanted to argue with me about what I ordered. Mind you I have ordered this pizza before and they did not bring us the right pizza. There’s nothing garlic or Parmesan about this pizza it’s just regular cheese pizza there’s not even Italian seasoning on top. I’m sick of their inability to just give you what you paid for. I mean seriously why is it so hard. I’m done patronizing their business they can’t get it right and instead of making it right they argue with you.

Never again will I waste another dollar on Papa Johns. They use an overseas call center for their orders. Pizza never arrived. I called the location many times but it kept forwarding me to an annoying automated ad. Finally got through and the employee told me to stop wasting her time after I asked how she can rectify the situation. She just told me to wait because my pizzas just left the door (after 2 hours). Pizza never arrived. I cancelled but don't know if I'll get paid or not or if someone from overseas has my credit card info now. She won't even give me the proper contact info to speak with her manager. Worst experience ever. Do yourselves a favor and don't waste your time and money here.

Angie has such great customer service and sales experience, I offered her a job with my Mahor corporation that I work for. She declined. Overall her professionalism needs to be appreciated. Our food was delivery sooner than expected, the driver didn't catch her name was friendly and cautious as our instruction of our dogs training and manorismn. You all delivered great service! Shout out to the people who made the food, im a person in that line whom sometimes doesn't get recognized, fantastic job!

We ordered DoorDash from here yesterday. The pizza bowl was delicious however the white pizza was lacking in flavor & had black olives instead of green olives. The cheese sticks were pretty good.
