Pearl's Tea - Hamilton Mill

$10 a drink easy. Just a coffee drink, which tasted like milk and heaps of sugar, and boba. Tasted great when they opened, now just an expensive cup of sugar and tapioca.

Drinks are great but super understaffed and the wait can be very long to get your drink especially on a Saturday. It’s Not pearls tea anymore it’s some new owners and they are still trying to figure it out. Will update review if they get their stuff together!

The tea was excellent and very customizable. Service was friendly and extremely fast (weekday, early afternoon). The prices are insane though!! Despite the 5 rating, unfortunately I probably won't be back because there are many other bubble tea places with more reasonable prices.

I placed an order for myself and 3 kids, but one of my drinks was missing the bobba pearls that I ordered. Instead of giving me the pearls without argument, the workers argued that I was wrong for not double-checking the order on the screen. I have no idea how an order is supposed to show up on the screen. This was my 1st and last visit to this store. I had to run a 2nd transaction on my card for $1.05 for the bobba they did not add to my drink. Also, the workers laughed at us while we walked out of the store! Horrible customer service!!!

I am so happy I found this shop! My wife and son love Boba and I dislike driving out to Mall of Georgia just for delicious boba tea. We tried the Mango and Cream slushie and in the words of my son "this is the best one ever!". If you like delicious teas and drinks, this is the place for you!

Kid-friendliness: The safe is awesome and there's different games in a neat little basket on the counter, like Jenga and card games.. Great thing for kids and adults.

$6 minimum for any drink + $0.9 for ANY TOPPING.Please somebody bring another boba business in the area and PRICE THEM OUT. This place overcharging you, hiring teenagers to run the place, probably underpaying them, and then they SKIMP on the toppings you pay a WHOLE DOLLAR (round up + tax) for.Look at the topping to drink ratio. Do not tell me “you got no ice, thats the standard scoop of topping you get when you get no ice”. FIX THE RATIO, look at Sharetea for a reference, hell, LOOK AT YOUR OWN pictures for reference for how much topping there should be in any boba drink. Its not that hard, don’t be like Chipotle.PROTIP: Do not get any of the drinks hot, they will charge the same price and put it in a coffee cup that can only hold half the volume. The cold cup is taller than the coffee cups. I ordered hot twice thinking hey maybe they ran out of tall hot cups..? NO. They ACTUALLY charge 22oz for 16oz. RIDICULOUS. Go home and microwave the cold drink if you need it hot because this business will rob you.

If you go make sure the workers are actually working. More focused on hanging out with friends than actually making drinks. Waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks, with literally no one in the store.

My kids love this place. Cute atmosphere, timely service and tea is always good. Many employees are quite young and I can see why some people are complaining about the service in review. But they need to chill.
