I don't know if there has been a change in staff at this Planet Smoothie but I was so disappointed.My last 2 visits have been Enough to make me want to drive to Another Location Even If It's Further Out.A week ago I went and the machine was out. So they was only able to take cash. When I went back a few days ago a smoothie that I regularly get was made and it tasted horrible. The customer service was good and the girl offered to remake it but I was just so over it that I decided to leave.

Unbelievable customer service. I went in to get strawberry smoothie gluten free for a friend. I wanted to be sure everything was gluten free but Danielle was the one taking the order and even asked if it was celiac disease which is exactly. She proceeded to have her coworker Morgan get a blender and the top from the back and even asked about getting different strawberries from the back so no cross contamination. She definitely went above and beyond and we are so impressed. You have great team members with those two.

I had a very pleasant experience today! The young lady that was working had quite a few people. And, yet, she kept her composure and got ALL of our orders to us in a timely manner! My Mountain Man Crunch was wonderful!

Clean establishment, friendly staff, fast and correct service. The first time I came here the store was pretty busy but the staff was great, very fast but very accurate. They did not look stressed out and they did not snap at customers. Very happy to be a customer here. Thank you ladies from the Monday morning shift!

Was very disappointed this evening with this location. I called before ordering to find out if they offered curbside. The lady told me yes. I hang up, order my smoothies, arrive at the location, pull right by the door for them to tell me they checked the store policy after I called and they can’t bring it out due to their store policy. I was not prepared to get out of the car, which is the reason why I called prior to ordering. Very inconvenient to park, get out in 30 degree weather without a jacket in my house slippers. All they had to do was check the store policy when I called, or make an exception this one time, to prevent this frustration and possible customer loss. Also, they never apologized for the inconvenience.
