I went to this place on 10/31. I placed an order for two pizzas and an order of bread sticks. I waited for 45 minutes and never received any food and I could not get anyone to help me with a refund. They were completely ignoring everyone except for people who had ordered online or in the drive thru. The service is completely unacceptable. I will be disputing the charge with my bank since I could not get anyone to help me. I will not be back. What exactly is the point of having check #'s on the tickets if you are in no way going to use any sort of system!

You get you pay for good pizza at a reasonable price. So, as long as they have a reasonable price that pizza will be good

Being new to the area, I tried this place out, I was a walk in. My order was promptly taken, waited maybe 10 to 15 minutes, got pizza went home to eat •••• the absolute most disgusting pizza I ever tasted, took one bite, threw the rest in the Trash. Not going to ever try another pizza from this place.

I'm not really sure why I waited 30 minutes for breadsticks and a pizza when I was the only person in the drive thru. To top it off, the breadsticks were slightly warm and the pizza was stale and cold. We ended up throwing the pizza out after taking a bite. I don't mind waiting, but the pizza should be fresh.

I have been coming to this location for the past few years. Unfortunately, the service is constantly declining. My orders are rather simple order for pizza ( as I've worked in this industry before), and they struggle to get it right. More so recently, the past 3 times I have ordered, I arrived to pickup my food and have been told it's not ready or they didn't make it and to pull around. Today, I placed an order (15 mins and would be ready for pickup) and my wife arrives to pick it up 40 mins after my call and they tell her it's not ready as they didn't make it and would be 15-20 mins. This is becoming a trend with this location along with service and quality. Back to Marco's we go and or Italian Pizza Pie. No empathy, no sense of urgency, no consistency.

I’ve tried ordering from here two different times in the last couple of months. The first time, they cancelled my order without any reason (which is fine but maybe call the person and tell them why?), but then last night on 9/17 I tried again. Their online payment system said my card didn’t work, so I tried again… then again with a different card. None of them worked, so I decided to just cook dinner myself. I work up this morning on the 9/18 to find they charged my card TWICE (nearly $90 total) but I was never able to actually complete my order.

First time here I went to the window. They had me pull around to a median area.
All of a sudden some older man is cursing and yelling rudely at me telling me to come back around to the window. What the heck is going on here?

This place is a hot mess… ran by kids. No oversight at all. Orders are mixed up. Customers sorting their own orders. Waited 20 minutes just go inside to get my order fixed which took another 15 minutes. I give them kudos for the 95 health inspection though.

Wow, a lot has changed in the last few months. Items have been removed from the menu, pricing has gone up, and inside the store they do not honor their posted menu or prices. Three managers processed a pizza, but it came out with sparse topping, and slid to the side leaving bare spots. One manager said it was the way they do it now and is considered acceptable. If we wanted it remade (without the acknowledged issues) she was going to charge us for a new one. Bad mistake. We cancelled the whole order and left instead. The young staff seems to be mostly new and eager to serve, but the managers and owners have taken quality and value away. We won't be back anytime soon.

Our family has ate here about once a week for 2 years. Today was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a fast food restaurant. Fire everyone! today I called and they said my 2 pizzas would be ready in 15 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes later… they said they are not ready. The dude at the cashier said they are about to come out of the oven and park in the spot and I’ll be out in 4 minutes… 15 minutes later he came out and said they didn’t have my order. He didnt know how to do a refund … so I guess I literally paid for nothing and wasted 30 minutes!

Don’t eat or order anything from this location. I stopped by here before on the past and wished I didn’t stop by earlier. I went inside to place an order because the drive thru line was full. One employee was the window and another was making pizza when the one making pizza walked to the front to place my order and when I walked to the counter he wiped his nose on the towel he had hanging on his shoulder. He was wiping his hands on the towel when he making a pizza a few minutes earlier. You have been warned.

The food is good but the service is trash and they will straight up lie. They staff kids, who are rude if there is a problem and lack basic problem solving skills. 1st incident, I ordered cheese bread with mushrooms and sausage and they forgot the sausage. No problem, accidents happen. 2nd time, I called to order 2 cheese breads and they said they could only fill one and they ran out for the second. Like you use the same dough for pizza to make cheese sticks so how are y'all out but okay. I took their word for it. When I pulled up to get my food the person we decided to just try to order another cheese bread at the counter. Weird, they miraculously had it. No big deal, didn’t say anything to them. This time, I ordered 2 cheese breads and 2 pizzas and a pizza sauce, they give me 1 pizza and cheese breads and said I only paid for 1 pizza. I didn’t get a receipt so I could not prove to them I ordered 2 pizzas but showed them my bank statement showing the total matches what I ordered and they caught an attitude and put their fingers in my face and still tried to say I only ordered one. I was like how, the total matches 2 pizzas, 2cheese breads and pizza sauce. The cashier and cook were arguing and snatching a receipt or something from each other. They said they could NOT give a refund for the order bc a manager was not there so they offered to cook the missing pizza all of a sudden. Then when all the food was ready I asked for the pizza sauce, that I paid for, they said I need to pay for it I so I told them I already did. Your staff lacks respect and basic comprehension skills. This franchise location sucks, just get Marcos pizza if you are reading this lol.
