ok... so I ordered my pizza at 7:00 pm.. they said 10 - 15 mins.. so I arrived at 7:17 to get my pizza at the drive thru. I was the third person in line. I waited 20 mins before I got to the window... had to wait another couple of mins for them to acknowledge that I was there. The girl at the window was very rude and hateful. I paid without tipping due to the poor service. She was even ruder ... I finally asked who the manager was on duty, and she said we have two.. I ask their names and she refused... The pizza was sitting on a rack.. not in the oven kept warm. It was cold... I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION. Too many places to eat in Dacula, rather than get rude service and a cold pizza.

Call today a tall white guy answer took my order and say it was going to be 20-25 minutes when I got there I said I had an and order I said the name charge me the wrong amount for it and gave me the wrong order. When I when back and say it was wrong he told me that that’s is what I had order and that the order I had place over the phone that did not had it he got all angry because my aunt was tell him that he gave us the wrong order and he says they he did not understand what my aunt was saying but yet he was repeating it. Such a bad service here the guy should not work in a service place since he got angry at us for he’s bad service and also had to wait more time than what he had say. I will be not coming back there since it seens like they don’t know how to handle such a situation. Really bad service.

Either the people are lazy or you guys under staff. The slowest people I ever seen. Need to do drug testing obviously no one understands why they are working in this place

The food is always cheap and tasty but the staff is questionable. Everyone appears to be under 25, with long free flowing hair and not using proper sanitary practices. Some were even wearing pajamas. The young lady who took my order used her phone a few minutes while biting her nails before passing a few pizzas to an existing customer, after rubbing her nose, then decided to acknowledge me. Also, the young man cutting and boxing the pizzas without gloves repeatedly ran his fingers through his hair. The atmosphere felt disorganized and immature .

I hate to give any business bad review but the person who was taking my order sucked. He was rude and hung up. This is the third time I visited the place, the other two times I walked into the place and they seem like they didn't want any business at all.

During my recent visit, I encountered several issues that left me feeling dissatisfied. Firstly, I tried to contact your restaurant multiple times before closing hours, but each time the phone was answered and immediately hung up. This lack of communication was frustrating and left me unable to address my inquiries or place an order.
Furthermore, I decided to visit your restaurant in person before closing time, only to be informed that you had run out of pizza. As a customer, it was disappointing to have this experience, especially considering that pizza is the main offering of your establishment.
I understand that running a business can be challenging, and it is important to have a reliable and competent staff. While I don't want to generalize, I believe it would be beneficial for the management to ensure that the team members working at your establishment are adequately trained and equipped to handle customer inquiries and fulfill orders, even during busy periods.

Tiny place but have always enjoyed the pizza here since I was a kid, tastes like nostalgia lol
Lately calling ahead and picking it up has resulted in the same wait times as the drive through. So it’s not the best for when you’re in a hurry.
But if you’re looking for a cheap option for cheese or pepperoni pizza this place is really good!

I love the service I love the pizza I love how when they make the pizza they put a satisfying amount on it. They have answered the phone every time I have called. Every time I've been in there the atmosphere was very welcoming and laid back. The employees work together like a team they are very smooth. They always have had a smile on their faces they have always been super nice and extremely respectful. I just don't believe it could get any better than this. I would rate them at 20 out of a 10.

Taylor the general manager cannot manage his employees or the store. I came in and ordered at 11:45am and had to wait until 12:25pm for my order because they forgot it. I ordered a large pepperoni and breadsticks. Usually this order takes 10 minutes. And there was only 3 customers the whole time I was waiting. This place has been going downhill since Taylor became the general manager. It seems I always have to wait at least 20 minutes now. Not worth the wait for the quality of food. The only thing going for it is the price. But even that might not be worth it with Taylor working here.
