I had a great experience with this Starbucks! This location is great when there is no line for the drive thru! I ordered the new Strawberry matcha frappuccino and it is absolutely heavenly! The strawberry topping is like a sweet strawberry puree cold foam, and the matcha itself is sweet! So it's not overwhelmingly bitter if you decide not to mix the strawberry cold foam. Overall, this is by far the best drink (in my opinion) they have released so far and the service I received was wonderful!!

I love going here because my drink is usually made right, but the customer service is terrible. There is a barista who will not speak to me and avoids me at the drive thru and I’m not sure I did anything to deserve that.

As someone who is a coffee drinker I am very upset I rarely come to Starbucks, but when I do, I come for a specific drink, and I came for the caramel ribbon crunch drink, and for something to be called a caramel drink it absolutely tasted nothing like caramel yes, there was caramel at the top. It looked great, tasted awful Literally so upset. I could’ve saved my money and went to my normal spot which is Dunkin Donuts. Don’t get me wrong. The service was quick. The drive-through person was very sweet. my only complaint is that my drink tasted nothing like what it was called if that makes sense.

So slow! Only 3 cars ahead of me in the drive thru and it took us almost 20 minutes to get through!! When we got to the window I saw the batista locate my drink and put it next to the window and I paid. He then closed the window, took another order and chatted with a coworker before he opened the window to give me my drink.... that was sitting there the whole time. And after all that, my drink was made with whole milk not almond and I have a milk intolerance! Never coming to this location again.

Very disappointed in the way the higher staff talks to other staff. The same staff member rushed to make my drink and made it incorrectly.

Sydney in the drive thru wouldn't remember an order if you tattooed it to the inside of her eyelids. Has given away the completely wrong drink on multiple different occasions and forgets that we had already paid. Please for the love of God get her out of the drive thru

Friendly and quick staff! Our breakfast food items were warmed and iced coffee was delicious! Always appreciate the special touches, loved the surprise hearts today ♥️

Server took our order for regular plain coffee. Other patrons ordered complicated coffees and were given their orders promptly. The drive thru was busy and our server went there to wait on customers. For some unknown reason, no ticket was generated for our order. One of the other staff finally asked what I was waiting for and prepared our coffee. The first staff should have prepared our order since the machine was located direct behind the register. More staff should have been on hand.

Rudest customer service I've experienced at a Starbucks yet. I had been inside doing work for maybe 5 minutes and a worker came to kick me out because I hadn't purchased anything. I planned to buy a drink, and don't mind that I have to purchase something, but it had only been 5 minutes before she asked me to leave in front of the whole store (while the other workers just stared and laughed). I will not be back. Don't waste your money here. They don't deserve it.

Every time I go to this Starbucks, it’s slow. I always mobile order 20 minutes ahead of when I arrive. That’s totally different from today. I arrive with two kids in tow, place my order, pay via mobile app, and then sit and wait for our food. After waiting 20 minutes, I go back and asking about our order. Come to find out, they cancelled my order. Apparently my mobile app was $1 short, had no idea, just ordered and paid. The cashier was just going to void $1 off my order (again, had no idea), but when she went to (assuming manager), the manager said that wasn’t allowed and just cancelled my order. Instead of telling me, I waited 20 minutes just to find out my order had been voided instead of just telling me my app was $1 short. I would have paid it, I just didn’t know. Horrible beyond horrible customer service.

i go to starbucks on a literal weekly basis. this is the worse starbucks ever lol. how are you gonna not acknowledge me when i come in and im asking for my sandwich, go on to tell me your out of what i ordered (website didn’t say nothing). giving me attitude like girl MY sandwich i payed for is missing and you’re gonna be mad at me??? when i got my new sandwich they literally threw it in there and half of my sandwich was in a diff place in the baggy (it didn’t even look like a sandwich). idk do your job dude. and my drink was 1/4 filled…. absolutely ridiculous. my order was $15 for WHAT??? crappy and terrible service 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
