Take Xandra off mobile orders until she can keep up. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes for a mobile order.

I’ve been coming here for some time now but today was different. I met the most awesome Barista and staff. Lori wasn’t rushed, explained everything I knew but helped me decide on what to get, and offered a REAL mug for a drink to have in the store. A first in the US for me. Love this service and attention to detail I’ve received today!

I rarely leave reviews, but this morning’s experience really unsettled me. There was an extremely long drive-thru line, and due to the confusing placement of the order box, my sister and I accidentally missed it. We had to make it in time for a workout class and were only trying to purchase two bottles of water.

When we reached the window, the employee assisting us rolled her eyes, slammed the drink she was holding down, and abruptly told us we had to go back through the entire line. She was an older woman with an accent. We were not allowed to order water at the window. While I understand policies exist, the issue wasn’t the rule — it was the delivery.

Her demeanor was abrasive and unnecessarily harsh, which made us feel very uncomfortable and honestly a bit shaken. A simple, polite explanation would have gone a long way. Customer service should never make people feel intimidated or scared, especially over something so minor.

I hope management addresses how situations like this are handled in the future.

Every time I pass by this location either a drink is wrong, a food piece is not warmed up, or a barista in the drive through isn’t having a good morning. It seems like the morning staff at 6am aren’t very friendly either. Always an issue with order placement and rendering of food/beverage. I recommend the Starbucks on the other side of i85 that’s 5 minutes up the road instead of this one. You’ll get better service and food quality.

This is my favorite Starbucks location. Even though they are always busy, it is very easy to get in and out. The staff is very friendly, you can sit outside and enjoy your coffee in peace. It's a great way to start your day.

I placed an order at the drive thru this evening and I got to the window and the employee was busy sweeping. He then informed me that he had forgotten to even place my order. Instead of washing his hands like I hoped he would especially after sweeping and who knows whatever else he was doing, he proceeded to make my drink and manhandle the lid, which I thought was quite gross. I’ve been to quite a few Starbucks and cleanliness and employee handwashing (or at least hand sanitizer) don’t seem to be top priority.

I had a great experience with this Starbucks! This location is great when there is no line for the drive thru! I ordered the new Strawberry matcha frappuccino and it is absolutely heavenly! The strawberry topping is like a sweet strawberry puree cold foam, and the matcha itself is sweet! So it's not overwhelmingly bitter if you decide not to mix the strawberry cold foam. Overall, this is by far the best drink (in my opinion) they have released so far and the service I received was wonderful!!

I love going here because my drink is usually made right, but the customer service is terrible. There is a barista who will not speak to me and avoids me at the drive thru and I’m not sure I did anything to deserve that.

As someone who is a coffee drinker I am very upset I rarely come to Starbucks, but when I do, I come for a specific drink, and I came for the caramel ribbon crunch drink, and for something to be called a caramel drink it absolutely tasted nothing like caramel yes, there was caramel at the top. It looked great, tasted awful Literally so upset. I could’ve saved my money and went to my normal spot which is Dunkin Donuts. Don’t get me wrong. The service was quick. The drive-through person was very sweet. my only complaint is that my drink tasted nothing like what it was called if that makes sense.

So slow! Only 3 cars ahead of me in the drive thru and it took us almost 20 minutes to get through!! When we got to the window I saw the batista locate my drink and put it next to the window and I paid. He then closed the window, took another order and chatted with a coworker before he opened the window to give me my drink.... that was sitting there the whole time. And after all that, my drink was made with whole milk not almond and I have a milk intolerance! Never coming to this location again.
