My drinks are usually right but if you order through the drive-thru before you drive away taste your drink 3 times I've had to drink labels right but made wrong but they politely fix it

Been coming to this Starbucks for a while now and never had any problems until today. Was met with NASTY customer service and being rushed off the mic when I simply wanted an ice water. Was told I had to make a purchase in order to get a water but never in my MONTHS of coming here had to do so. When I ask to speak to a manager she shut me down as well. Her name is Morgan and is just as nasty as her coworkers and her teeth. Won’t EVER be coming back to this location. PLEAVE AVOID!!!

I’ll be honest—when our Starbucks first opened, the greetings weren’t always the warmest.
But then they hired Deon. 🙌
As someone who probably goes through that drive-thru more often than I should, I can tell you—he’s a game-changer. Every morning, he greets me—“Good morning, Dana!”—making it a point to recognize me, see me, and make me feel like a valued customer who wants to come back.
He turns my sleepy mornings into happy ones, every single time.
If you haven’t experienced a Deon morning, you need to.

Unfortunately, the service at this location is very disappointing. The baristas struggle to take orders efficiently, often asking customers to repeat themselves and interrupting mid-order. To then prompt for a tip under those circumstances feels inappropriate. I won’t be returning to this location.

I had a really disappointing experience at Starbucks this morning. I walked in planning to study and order something, and I had just sat down literally no more than two minutes. When a barista with purple hair came over and told me, “You have to order something to stay here. I hate it when people don’t order.” Her tone was rude and unprofessional. It was completely inappropriate to make assumptions and speak to a customer that way, especially when I hadn’t even had time to look at the menu yet. I left feeling disrespected and frankly shocked. Starbucks is a global brand, and I expect better training and standards from its staff. In the service industry, attitude and respect toward customers matter just as much as the product, and in this case, both were lacking. I hope management takes this seriously, because this kind of behavior drives customers away.
I was about to order coffee on my phone, but one of the staff came up and told me I had to order something or I couldn't stay! Her attitude was very unfriendly and I had only been seated for 5 minutes!
