Unfortunately, the service at this location is very disappointing. The baristas struggle to take orders efficiently, often asking customers to repeat themselves and interrupting mid-order. To then prompt for a tip under those circumstances feels inappropriate. I won’t be returning to this location.

I had a really disappointing experience at Starbucks this morning. I walked in planning to study and order something, and I had just sat down literally no more than two minutes. When a barista with purple hair came over and told me, “You have to order something to stay here. I hate it when people don’t order.” Her tone was rude and unprofessional. It was completely inappropriate to make assumptions and speak to a customer that way, especially when I hadn’t even had time to look at the menu yet. I left feeling disrespected and frankly shocked. Starbucks is a global brand, and I expect better training and standards from its staff. In the service industry, attitude and respect toward customers matter just as much as the product, and in this case, both were lacking. I hope management takes this seriously, because this kind of behavior drives customers away.

I was about to order coffee on my phone, but one of the staff came up and told me I had to order something or I couldn't stay! Her attitude was very unfriendly and I had only been seated for 5 minutes!

Horrible experience. Went inside and order 1 drink. Waited over 30 minutes for 1 drink. No other customers were inside and they were making everyone else’s drink from drive thru and mobile orders only. This is ridiculous.

I come here every week and half of the time my order is wrong because they can’t read the sticker
Examples I order pink drink light ice no inclusion extra base it instead had extra ice and barely any base. And today I ordered a dragon drink light ice no fruit inclusions or half the cup was full of ice

Came here on free coffee Monday… then went for a refill and the barista said free refills are only for the in house reusable cups. I prefer the paper cup, and I’ve been a gold member 10 years and never ran into this problem before. It’s as simple as hitting the refill button and scanning a barcode… then getting a new paper cup… instead I got charged another $3 for my second cup. Also, when did Starbucks quit putting names on the cup?

Had no intentions of just sitting in here and not ordering anything I’ve been in here all of 30 minutes or less and a manager or whomever comes up to me and me only to tell me I can’t sit in here unless I order something it’s a new policy. There’s no policy anywhere that states this and I think it’s extremely rude to walk up to only me to say that to. I don’t see that policy anywhere and I’ve say in here before and took a while to order then to and wasn’t bothered. Won’t be back
