I genuinely loved this Starbucks. It was so close and convenient. Today I actively watched a girl put whole milk in my drink. When I spoke to the lady at the window, she said she was just putting it back because it was on the counter because the girl said she didn’t put a whole milk in my drink. Is there a sticker that shows me on my drink that wasn’t whole milk. Absolutely NOT, I requested oatmilk! This is a careless mistake and a big no-no for somebody who’s lactose. ????????

Ranch, my barista, is AWESOME! So friendly and made the BEST Starbucks coffee I’ve ever had! I got the Hazelnut oat milk shaken espresso (delicious and creamy) and I highly recommend it. Go see Ranch! ??

I live near a Starbucks that I visit every day, but I keep running into issues each time I go. Whenever I order a sandwich, it’s overheated to the point where the bread is so hard that I can’t even bite into it. I’ve never had this problem at any other Starbucks locations. When I mentioned it to the staff, they rudely told me that I should have asked them to take the sandwich out earlier. Today, when I ordered the same sandwich again, I made sure to ask them not to overheat the bread, but they told me they can’t do that. Every time I come here, it feels like the staff are making up rules on the spot and playing games with the customers. This is honestly the worst customer service I’ve experienced at any Starbucks. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location until there’s a complete staff change.
I’ve been a regular customer at this Starbucks location for a while now, but my recent visits have been extremely disappointing. The atmosphere has become unpleasant, and several of the staff members are incredibly rude. It seems like they are uninterested in providing any level of customer service. There’s no warmth or professionalism, and the overall vibe is uncomfortable. Additionally, the store is often messy, and orders are frequently delayed or incorrect. It’s baffling how such a well-known brand can allow such poor management and disorganization. I don’t expect this from Starbucks, and it has truly been the worst experience I’ve had at any location. I will not be returning to this store and suggest others to avoid it as well until serious improvements are made!

I have Starbucks at least 5 times a week and order the same thing every time. I decided to go to this location because it is closer to my home. That was a horrible mistake. I have been here 3 times hoping that it would get better because it is new but that has not happened. First, the lady kept getting my drink order incorrect (Venti Hot Dirty Chai with a double, oat milk, and no water). Second, my drink was ready as soon as I got to the window which should have been a red flag because the lady messed my order up several times. My drink didn’t even have a sticker with my order on it! Once I tasted the drink I was immediately pissed off. The drink was so disgusting! I will not be returning to this location. I couldn’t even get someone to answer the phone when I called. The WHOLE Staff needs to be retrained.
