UPDATE!! The fact that the manager took the time to read the reviews is a plus for me. Ms. Evelyn the store manager greeted me at the window with my drink made perfectly! I’m so appreciative of that. She makes me look forward to my next visit because she was so sincere and kind to me. I can tell that she loves what she does and cares for each customer a that alone will always have me going back. 😊
I feel like a broken record when it comes to this location. They have some good baristas but then i CONSTANTLY have to get my drink corrected because they don’t take the time to read how someone wants their drink made. Clearly it says NO MOCHA DRIZZLE yet 80% of the time this is what they do as if I asked for EXTRA MOCHA DRIZZLE. It’s quite irritating especially when I place the order and have someone pick it up so I don’t see it until it gets to me smh.

This location must seriously be cutting cost and not in a good way every time I order a hot coffee it use to come with a sleeve now you have to ask and if I do a mobile order it never has one why would anyone want to handle a hot coffee cup without a sleeve? Stop being cheap y'all already don’t give out stoppers but hot coffee and no sleeve is honestly a liability.

I come to this Starbucks frequently. Everyone is always so friendly and really attentive. The manager Evelyn is so personable. Everytime I’m in store it’s super clean, the vibes are immaculate and my cinnamon dulce latte is warm and tasty. I just appreciate the neighborhood feel and conversation.

I love this place! I have easy access to five Starbucks within 10 minutes from my home, and this is BY FAR MY FAVORITE. Whether I want to grab a quick drink or camp out to work between appointments, this is my go-to spot. The staff members here are AMAZING! They are very personable, helpful, and speedy. They go out of the way to make people feel welcome and comfortable. They know our names and our usual orders. If I take a seat to work after placing my order, they'll bring my chai and sandwhich to my seat (when they aren't swamped). They work hard, keep the place very clean, and create a comfortable environment. The other day while working at a table, I observed a brand new mom and dad bring their baby into the store so the staff could meet their baby. I could tell from the interaction that she is a routine drive-through customer, but that she and her husband came inside so they could meet their baby. The staff gathered around to ooh and ahh as if they were family. That demonstrated to me that the friendly, relationship-building staff I encounter on a daily basis is not just something I experience! It's their norm! :)

This Starbucks is outstanding! I go here A LOT, and the staff here are always friendly, upbeat, and genuinely attentive — they make every visit feel personal and welcoming. The store itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, with a warm, inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. Drinks are consistently made right, and service is quick even during busy times. Easily one of the best Starbucks locations around!

Do NOT waste your time preordering through the app. I’ve never had this happen but there was no one in the drive thru line and said I had orders in front of mine to please come inside or drive back around the drive thru line to get my order. Had I just ordered it at the window vs using the app would you have still had me drive around? When I drove right back around there was still no line and only one car that pulled in after I drove around. Then messed up my one drink order by making an iced vs hot coffee which I had correct on the app order. So then I had to wait again for it to be remade. I went through 3 different employees.

Every time I order online, they get my order incorrect, normally missing a customization. Today I went and the drink was 99% milk and 1% coffee, the drink was SIGNIFICANTLY lighter than it normally is, drinks are basically always over blended to the point where they’re almost melted, they left out the pumps of pumpkin as well.
