Do NOT waste your time preordering through the app. I’ve never had this happen but there was no one in the drive thru line and said I had orders in front of mine to please come inside or drive back around the drive thru line to get my order. Had I just ordered it at the window vs using the app would you have still had me drive around? When I drove right back around there was still no line and only one car that pulled in after I drove around. Then messed up my one drink order by making an iced vs hot coffee which I had correct on the app order. So then I had to wait again for it to be remade. I went through 3 different employees.

Lemon Water

Every time I order online, they get my order incorrect, normally missing a customization. Today I went and the drink was 99% milk and 1% coffee, the drink was SIGNIFICANTLY lighter than it normally is, drinks are basically always over blended to the point where they’re almost melted, they left out the pumps of pumpkin as well.

Ordered ahead and still got my order after someone else that had just walked in because they were all too busy talking about their personal lives.

Went to the window to place an order and the girl was EXTREMELY RUDE she had the nastiest attitude while taking my drink, and then blatantly lied to my face at the window saying they were out of croissants because she didn’t want to ring me up. Very embarrassing for management. Avoid this Starbucks.

I asked for a grande latte in a ventti cup, for the room. I got this instead. Not driving in traffic with the baby, hence why I dined in. 80’s music calmed me down. In future please listen to instructions. First time visit, I live in Auburn.

Drinks are poorly made and food is overheated. I’ve had this issue multiple times. This should not be an issue at the prices Starbucks charges. This location needs to retrain their staff immediately.

Horrible service. I ordered an iced matcha with honey blend and strawberry and literally got a cup full of ice and poorly mixed drink. I politely asked for the barista to remake the drink and they informed me that I needed to drive around. As i followed their instructions, I then notice after pulling away from the window that they literally handed me the same drink. I’m extremely upset that I paid $8.48 for a cup of ice and poorly mixed drink service. Starbucks do better. Your prices are increasing while your service is taking a nose dive. I will not be returning to this location.

My family always leaves a tip! The last two times I went the cashier tried to take my change without asking. The last time my change was $16 and I had to ask if he was going to bring me my change. 🫤

They’re out of iced coffee, ICED COFFEE. I wasn’t going to leave a review but this is the third time that this happens to me. Starbucks do better.

I normally enjoy coming to this Starbucks, but it’s really frustrating that they’re constantly out of the Ham & Swiss on Baguette. It’s one of the main reasons I stop by, and more often than not, it’s unavailable—regardless of the time of day. If it’s this popular, maybe it’s time to stock more? It feels like poor planning, and as a regular customer, it’s disappointing to keep leaving empty-handed.

I’ve gone to this location since they opened, often 2-3 times per week. Today I was told that a custom drink I order is too similar to one of their menu drinks but since it’s cheaper, I will not be allowed to order it in the future. I don’t know that I’ll be back to Starbucks at all, but certainly not this location.

Location not correct in google maps. This is inside a Publix … I think? I drove the whole shopping center and couldn’t find it. Pictures and “sponsored” promo on the map are misleading. If this location is inside Publix nothing outside indicates there is a Starbucks inside. If it’s freestanding then it needs better signage or an updated Google map location.
