Do not order from this location. If you do a mobile order the meat on your hot sandwiches will not be hot wrong toppings will be on and the staff is just horrible. Especially the little blonde chick she has a really bad attitude and does not know what she's doing at all. It is not hard to make a sandwich. I've been going to this one off and on for the past 6 months and anytime she is working my order is always wrong

I placed an online order for subs on 02/16/24 around 8:15 PM. When I arrived to pick up my order, the employee informed me that they only had flatbread available and that the specific bread I had ordered was out of stock, meaning they hadn't prepared my order at all. She claimed they tried contacting me but couldn’t reach me. When I asked how they tried to contact me, she couldn’t provide a clear answer and vaguely mentioned something about rejection. However, I never received a call or text, leading me to believe there may have been an issue with my contact information on their end.

I decided to place my order at the next closest Subway, and within minutes, I received a call from them informing me that they didn’t have turkey and asked if I wanted a replacement. Since this second restaurant was able to contact me so quickly, it made me question whether the first Subway was being truthful about not being able to reach me.

Overall, I’m disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency from the first Subway location, and it has left me feeling skeptical about their explanation. The second Subway’s prompt response was much appreciated, though.

So the grand girls ordered n boy were they disappointed. The churro was a lethal weapon. So damn hard you could use it for a walker or support. Then when they complained they were told that corporate says to make it this way. i gave it to the worker n told him to eat it. He then remade it. Service sucks.

Kid-friendliness: They told my granddaughters thsts how the churrios are n they should eat that nasty hard Churro.

We ordered 4 subs via online. The 3 chicken subs had barely any chicken in them. They were more like a veggie sub. One sub, should have had cheese, no cheese. They were out of tuna. So when we came for pick up had to make another choice.
