Worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. Even though I placed a mobile order, I still waited in line to ensure my order would be ready on time. When I reached the counter, the staff member asked if she could take the customer behind me first! I had already been waiting, and my order was placed first—of course I said no.
Then, while preparing my sandwiches, she touched her oily hair—completely unsanitary. When toasting my chicken sandwich, she tilted it, and all the chicken slid to one side. Instead of fixing it, she was going to build the sandwich that way—half of it had no meat at all! I asked her to spread the chicken more evenly, and she just smeared it around with a handful of lettuce. Absolutely disgusting.
Finally, it was messy. The marinara from my meatball sub ended up on the outside of my chicken sandwich wrap. The whole thing honestly didn’t even seem like human food.
I won’t be coming back to this location.

I witnessed My colleague ordered chicken teriyaki sandwich and the chicken was fake!! This was 4 month ago. She couldn’t chew it at all. After she chew and spit it out, the piece of chicken didn’t even change the shape. They are selling fake chicken ‼️‼️ be aware what you are eating ‼️

This is second time happening from same store with chicken teriyaki sandwich. First time was 4 months ago and this time I couldn’t even believe this happened again‼️ they serve the chicken with plastic texture that I can’t chew at all. Even after I chew is the shape of the piece doesn’t change the shape. At this point, I am not sure this is a chicken because there are lot of fake chickens out there made of plastic from china. I spoke to the owner and he is not even willing to compensate me for my safety. I got sick after I ate this sandwich.
Don't waste your time and come here. You will leave out very upset. I would not even advise you to work here. They are real snappy at people. Run.

On my recent visit with a few colleagues, she promptly informed me that pizzas were unavailable because they hadn't been thawed out, indicating they weren't prepared to serve customers. No effort was made to resolve the issue. As an employee of nearby businesses that often recommend eateries in the area to clients, I regret to say I cannot endorse this establishment. I will be advising our clients to seek dining options elsewhere due to the disappointing customer service experiences here.

i did a mobile order for my sandwich and i received it not closed and not cut. they just threw my sandwich into the bag and gave it to me. did something change in subways policies that they don’t close and cut sandwiches anymore or was it the workers? the picture attached is how my sandwich looked when i pulled it out of the bag.
