I witnessed My colleague ordered chicken teriyaki sandwich and the chicken was fake!! This was 4 month ago. She couldn’t chew it at all. After she chew and spit it out, the piece of chicken didn’t even change the shape. They are selling fake chicken ‼️‼️ be aware what you are eating ‼️

This is second time happening from same store with chicken teriyaki sandwich. First time was 4 months ago and this time I couldn’t even believe this happened again‼️ they serve the chicken with plastic texture that I can’t chew at all. Even after I chew is the shape of the piece doesn’t change the shape. At this point, I am not sure this is a chicken because there are lot of fake chickens out there made of plastic from china. I spoke to the owner and he is not even willing to compensate me for my safety. I got sick after I ate this sandwich.

However, my experience with the African American lady with chest tattoos has been consistently rude. During my initial interaction with her, she threw my pizza across the counter. On my recent visit with a few colleagues, she promptly informed me that pizzas were unavailable because they hadn't been thawed out, indicating they weren't prepared to serve customers. No effort was made to resolve the issue. As an employee of nearby businesses that often recommend eateries in the area to clients, I regret to say I cannot endorse this establishment. I will be advising our clients to seek dining options elsewhere due to the disappointing customer service experiences here.
